We are truly sorry that your stay began with such a frustrating and disappointing check-in experience, especially after you had planned to spend several nights with us and had high expectations for your return. We sincerely apologize for the way your requests regarding the room upgrade and late check-out were handled. We understand how inconsistent information and an extended check-in process could leave you feeling frustrated and unwelcome. This is certainly not the level of hospitality we expect from our team. We are pleased to hear that, apart from this experience, you found our other team members friendly and professional, and that you enjoyed the breakfast, Kids Club, spacious grounds and benefits of your Platinum membership.
