체크인시 직원의 응대가 아주 불편했습니다. 1시간 15분동안 아주 고압적이고 기분나쁜 응대를 받으며 체크인을 했고 더이상 그여자와 상종하기싫어서 그만두었습니다. 그직원은 본인의 고집대로 되어 기분좋아보였습니다. 7박의 여행중 3박이나 이호텔에 머물기로 한건 기대한바가 있기때문이었는데 불친절하고 응대가 형편없어서 첫인상이 정말 별로였고 실망이 컸습니다. 사전메일을 주고받았던 Ms. August Qu 님에게 약속받았던 업그레이드를 못받았다고 메일을 보내니 일부였지만 문제해결을 해주었습니다. 체크인할때 그직원은 왜그랬을까요? 방이 있음에도 업그레이드를 안해주어 기분이 안좋은데 태도마저 고압적이라 체크인하는내내 혼나는 느낌이었습니다. 다시는 만나고싶지않은 직원입니다.가족도 저의 추천으로 이곳에 2박을 머물렀고 제가 가족의 레이트체크아웃시간을 최대로 부탁할수있느냐 했더니 스위트에서 기본룸으로 옮겨야 가능하다고 했습니다. 그런데 잠시후 가족이 다른 직원에게 체크인했는데 방을 옮기지않고도 18시까지나 레이트체크아웃을 해주었습니다. 이게 뭐죠?그직원은 도대체 왜그런건가요? 단지 저는 재수없게 불친절하고 고압적인 직원을 만났을뿐이었던건가요? 고객에게 서비스를 해주려는 마인드가 전혀 앖는 직원입니다. 제가 만나본 직원중 최악이고 그직원은 직업을 잘못 선택한것같습니다. 다른 모든 서비스와 조식당에서 만난 직원들 전부 친절하고 좋았습니다. 체크인직원 그사람 1명때문에 즐거웠어야 할 여행을 불쾌하게 시작했어요. 다시한번 말하지만 사는동안 다시는 만나고싶지않은 직원입니다.
낡았지만 넓은 부지와 아코르 플래티넘 혜택,그리고 키즈클럽이 좋았어요.그러나 직원이 불친절해서 다시 가고싶지는 않습니다.

라운지호텔직원들은 친절한 편이였으나
체크인 카운터에 있는 직원은 싸가지도 없고 별로였음
라운지 혜택에대한 설명 제대로 안해서 마지막날만 라운지커피마실수있었으며
레이크체크아웃도 당일날 호텔룸 바꾸라고 하며 안바꾸주었고
레이트체크아웃에 대한 불만 적어서 보냈더니 체크아웃 전 날 와서 방 바꿔주겠다고 왔는데 똥십은 얼굴로 고객대하고 불편한 점 없는지 어떻게라고 여행의 기분 망친 주제공자로써 해야할 책임을 하지않음
호텔리어로 부적합함
그런 직원 채용하는건 고려해보시길
즐기러 기분 좋으라고 가는 여행에서 기분을 다 망쳐버림
풀만호텔에 대한 기대가 1도 없어짐
심지어 레지던스 호털의 직원들도 그런 정신을 가지고 대하지않음

After reviewing your comments with our team, we would like to share that upon your arrival, our team provided an overview of the ALL Platinum member benefits, including breakfast and Executive Lounge access. However, we acknowledge that some benefit details may not have been communicated as clearly as intended, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
We also understand that the noise from peacocks and roosters near your original room affected your comfort and sleep quality. Upon receiving your feedback, our team arranged a room relocation to a quieter location and extended a late check-out as a gesture of goodwill. We were pleased to learn at the time that the new room and the arrangements provided helped improve your stay experience.
Nevertheless, we fully recognize that this did not change the disappointment you experienced overall. Your comments regarding service attitude, communication, room condition, and member recognition have been carefully reviewed with the relevant teams. We are reinforcing our arrival briefing procedures to ensure that ALL Platinum member benefits are communicated consistently and thoroughly to all eligible guests.

직원불들이 친절하고, 레이트체크아웃, 얼리체크인도 넉넉하게 해줘서 좋았습니다.
아쉬운 점은 비치프론트 근처 수영장이 공사중인 것인 것을 몰랐는데, 미리 고지되었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다.

체크인카운터는 친절하다. 룸청소를 해주는 직원들은 인사도 하고 다정하다. 그러나 조식 먹는 식당에서 만두를 꺼내려 하자 Wait wait 하고 앙칼지게 말하는 Kwan 이란 직원 정말 황당하다. 명령조로 말한다. 무례하다, 기분 나쁨. 별로 좋은 경험 아니다. 자기가 무료로 밥을 줘도 그렇게 못된 태도로 말하면 안된다. 커피를 서브해주는 다른 직원과 엄청 비교된다. 다낭에서 좋았던 경험으로 별 조사없이 빠르게 결정한 호텔이었는데 다음에 또 가고싶은 생각은 없다. 셔틀로 택시타는곳 까지 데려다 주는 직원도 말이 별로 친절하지 않다. 서양인에게 더 호의적인 호텔이란 느낌을 받았다. 아니 태국이 원래 그러한가?
