Great hotel! Novotel Phuket is very cozy and comfortable. There are good and fun activities for kids, so they will definitely not get bored. The staff is very friendly, especially Den — he is always smiling and creates a pleasant atmosphere. It was very nice to stay here.

Nice hotel located away from the extreme nightlife, which makes it perfect if you’re looking for relaxation and a peaceful beach vibe. Definitely a great place to unwind. Special mention to Suzan from the staff — she was extremely friendly and helpful. She personally guided me to the room and explained everything in detail, from how to adjust the air conditioning to what was complimentary and how to order room service. She covered everything so well that there was honestly nothing left for me to ask. Excellent service overall.

We had a wonderful time here. All staff are so accommodating to your every need. Food was fantastic, service fantastic. Great location and easy walking distance to market, beach etc. A special thanks to James who made our trip so perfect!
