Nestled in the mountain on the edge of Kata, this Hotel provides amazing service. GM Massimo is very passionate about his hotel and this is reflected from top to bottom. The room was spacious and comfortable cleaned daily to a high standard. The pool areas and other amenities were clean the pool bar was a great place to relax on a warm day. The hotel is located on a hill which is quite steep they provide a shuttle bus service to the beach and will stop at the bottom of the hill for people who want to go shopping. We had a complimentary massage which was very nice and relaxing. The hotel caters really well for all travellers and is very family friendly. From check in to booking trips the hotel staff provided excellent service, film and Nafea and other desk staff were great! The concierge staff were out of this world for service Au, Kong Wicke all were fantastic and helpful, provided information on places to go provided water after walking around town and umbrella when raining. The restaurant manager Din and his staff Apple,Keir Nook Tim and the rest of the staff provided top quality services and the food was delicious and fresh. The cabaret show on the Friday night was funny and the buffet had plenty of variety and the most delicious deserts. Some staff our now like our extended family and we will be returning to this amazing place in April 2025. Highly recommend this place for quality and value for money. Our package included buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner and drinks vouchers massages so we didn't have to go anywhere else to eat if we didn't want to. Thank you Novotel Kata Avista Resort for a fantastic holiday, we will never forget it.

Fantastic hotel for family, loved the pools and swim up bar. Spacious hotel room, we had family room for 2 adults and2 teens. The hotel staff were all so friendly, kind and helpful. Kier in the restaurant gave great service, gave local to sights & recommended good places to visit! Novotel was on a hill but only a short walk to local markets, restaurants and beaches. They have a bus to and from the beach. We booked tours through Discova not the hotel and all tours picked up and dropped off at hotel. Make sure you visit Hidden Forest Elephant Reserve it was the highlight of our holiday. They are they only genuine ethical reserve, we had the most amazing experience and the elephants were not halmed.

the experience is wonderful here, everyone is kind and gentle. The swimming pool is big. Staff Nadear hospitality is very thoughtful. The hotel is located between Kata and Karon, although there is a steep climb, it is close to the beach and shops.

Booked 4 rooms in the Novotel Avista for the entire family and was welcomed with the utmost perfection. 2 rooms were upgraded instantly on arrival and the other 2 were accomadated right next to each other. This wasn't the end of the great hospitality and prompt service as we were extremely lucky to have met Mr Abhimanyu, from then on the holiday went from good to great. Constant checking on the entire family along with accomodating our every request and desire. The highest of regards for him and his entire team who made this holiday nothing short of a 7 star experience.

Resort was great. Bee and Noon on front desk were very accommodating and instantly made us feel welcomed explaining all vouchers and showing us to room. Instantly we were made to feel welcomed for 10 days. On entering dining area we met Apple. Daily she would greet us in the afternoon and always assisted us at dinner explaining different menu options and different nights that Novotel had on. Apple would recommend different food to us and it’s was always a hit. Well done to these 3 ladies who made our stay enjoyable and easy.
