Bonjour Kyungju, Wow, what a rollercoaster breakfast-to-bedtime story! We're absolutely delighted that you found us to be such great value in the heart of Orchard and that our team made you feel right at home. The friendly vibes, lively Saturday night atmosphere, and comfy stay are exactly the kind of Mama magic we love to serve up. That said, it sounds like Sunday morning didn't quite wake up on the right side of the bed. We're sorry that your breakfast experience on the rooftop started with confusion and frustration. While we're glad our manager stepped in to help, you should never have had to navigate a menu mystery before your first coffee of the day. We'll be sharing your feedback with the team to make sure everyone is fully prepared and confident, whether they're seasoned pros or still learning the ropes. Thank you for taking the time to share both the highs and the lows. We hope you'll come back and give us another chance to turn that breakfast frown into a Mama-sized smile.
