Очень-очень грязные и старые номера. Никогда не проводится влажная уборка, просто сухой шваброй распихивают грязь по углам. Понятие чистоты отсутствует. Серые страшные полотенца, убитая мебель, низкие потолки в номерах. Нет вегетарианского меню в ресторанах совсем. В спа везде грязь, его вообще не убирают. Из положительного только расположение на красивой набережной

Понравился сервис в отеле : разрешили выехать на час позже, предоставили детскую кровать без доплаты, ребенку понравилось пребывание в детском клубе даже без знания языка. Это все что понравилось. Но какие же старые номера, полотенца не белоснежные, душ откуда вся вода выливается за его пределы, завтрак очень скудный, соки разбавленные, туалет в зоне бассейна с плохо открывающими дверьми, бассейн где плитка отваливается.
