Lovely resort, beautiful tropical gardens, very large swimming pool. Food was really good in the restaurant and reasonably-priced (especially if you have an Accor Plus card). There were daily happy hours and staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Cafe was good too and they knew how to make a good coffee. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with a lovely garden, plunge pool and shaded pool cabana with a double day bed! Apartment was very spacious, reasonable kitchen, 2 large bathrooms (one was ensuite) and ducted air conditioning that worked really well and wasn't too loud; we all slept really well. Shuttle bus runs regularly to their private beach and restaurant. Plenty of sun loungers available by the beach, even during school holidays and some onsite massage tables, where you can be pampered very cheaply to the sound of the ocean. Huge shout out to the beach restaurant staff - my daughter has to keep to a coeliac diet; on our first visit we asked if the burger patties were gluten free and we were informed that they weren't (other gluten free options were available). We returned 2 days later and the restaurant had created a special gluten free patty and bun, just in case we returned (we never told them we were returning!). So thoughtful; nothing was too much trouble wherever we were around the resort. Plenty of decent restaurant choices in the local town area within walking distance; Art Cafe Bumbu was our favourite - little further to walk, although you can always take a "Grab" taxi - similar to Uber in SE Asia - just download the app. We can't wait to return.

My family and I had 2 separate apartments. We were placed on the same floor, building 2, it was a 10 meter walk from my apt to theirs, a very thoughtful thing to do. I was given an upgrade, and had a huge king size bed apt, and with a view of the swimming pool, could not have asked for a better room. All staff are very friendly, very accommodating and breakfast by the pool was so good. I would also like to make mention of a staff member, her name is Fenny. Fenny is a real professional, efficient, friendly and take note she is asset to your team. I would like to wish her all the very best, I believe she will go far in the hotel industry. great stay, great staff, we are frequent visitors to this resort and it is always good , BUT there is new management and boy it is obvious, the resort looks better, the staff are happier, whilst always great, the staff seem to be enjoying work more. the atmosphere has improved under the new management.

Our family spent couple nights, and it has been an awesome experience for us. The hotel upgraded us to a spacious two bedroom apartment with full kitchen, refrigerator and freezer, and dishwasher. The staffs are very respectful and attentive. They have private beach with umbrellas and bar. Food and 24 hour room service are great too. Will surely come back to stay longer at this hotel.
