Excellent hospitality, everyone was so nice to us, clean and beautiful room, the food was very delicious. We have a bus evry 15 minutes to get us to the private beach of the hotel where we could have massage and enjoy a few drinks. We highly recommend it

Exceptional hospitality and resort experience at the hotel. Great food, live music and spa. The best golf course (as told) is just next door. My caddie sent me back in same buggy after 18th hole….felt great to take shower in my own room. My special thanks to Awan at the front desk who took time to chat with me about Bali and the activities I could consider, very attentive and helpful...promised him I will come with family and friend next time. See you soon Bali and Awan!

Reception friendly dan baik skali , room kita di upgrade dan sdh ready untuk check in. Breakfast juga banyak menu nya. Devi di reception baik dan helpful. Beach club jg bagus hanya hrs di ganti area shower nya agar lbh exlusive. Toilet in 2nd room not properly in right position. Overall we’ll comeback again.

Dpt ugrade room to 2 bedroom suite. Very spacey room, everything perfect, except you must change toilet lid in master room and must spa the sofa in living room due to smelly. We love big garden, big pool and brandnew bath towel. For sure we'll come back here again. .

We had such a wonderful stay at the Novotel nusa dua. Lorena from guest experiences made sure that our anniversary holiday was very special and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for walking to local eateries and spas. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment massive balcony and so much room - just a warning to those with mobility issues the shower is in the bath and a little awkward to get in and out of.
