We visited the hotel with two kids (7 and 9 years old) for Christmas and New Years Eve and we had a wonderful time. Special thanks to our amazing butler Diah, her outstanding work made our stay even more enjoyable. We really recommend the suit with a private pool. It made our logistics much easier with the kids who wanted to be in the pool all the time and us just relaxing. We recommend one day trip to see some waterfalls and Ubud city.

We stayed at Prestige Suite Plunge Pool - which is rather at higher end of the pricing, but provides amazing experience for the kids! Our boys at the age of 9 and 7 headed for the plunge pool couple of times a day. Plunge pool offers seamless pool experience from the parent perspective, as you see your kids from the room and there is no hussle related to leaving the suite and going to the main pool. There are all of perks related to the Suite: multiple access to different restaurants and your own butler service… we were lucky to have DIAH as our butler - who took our holiday experience to 6star!!! Many thanks DIAH 🙏🏼🫶🏻🙏🏼. Btw one extra perk - Plunge pool suites are the once closest to the Siri Lanka surf spot - if you are surfer-parent helps massively!

Our room was upgraded and we had the most incredible service from Subrata who came twice a day. Nothing was too much trouble. Extra milk and tea, no problem. Left some t shirts on the bed, came back and they were folded. Our bed was made in the morning and turned down and night. Little notes left to say happy new year. Fresh flowers on arrival. The pool area was cleaned each day. The restaurants are divine. The chef is a French pastry chef and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve seen anywhere. Most of the local area massage places will collect you and drop you back to the hotel. The staff here are so polite and genuinely friendly. Highly recommend this place if you want quiet relaxation.

We had an excellent time at the Sofitel. I recommend the plunge pool room for couples. Having our own garden area was great for chilling out in while still being close to the beach and main pool.

Good service, good location, good food. Every staff whom we met greeted us. From gardeners, housekeeings etc. Love the machines in the gym. Thank you Satria for the assistance. Had good easy yoga session with Artha. Thank you for making sure we can do proper pose. Feedback: Insufficient signage to the lobby. Every day lost my way in between rooms to lobby to spa. Room numbers are confusing
