Our stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua was a blend of luxury, comfort, and warm, genuine service that reflects its brand. From the moment we arrived, and checked in at Club Millésime we felt relaxed and welcomed. The Club is a standout feature, offering a beautiful, tranquil space with exceptional amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the à la carte breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapés, all served with care and consistency. Our room 5015 was perfectly positioned with Lagoon Pool access. Stepping straight from our terrace into the water was very special and added a resort-style luxury that we loved every day. What really enhanced our stay, the exceptional service and attention to details, especially from Gede Ame from Housekeeping, who took such wonderful care of our room. His dedication, pride, and thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed. Everything was immaculate, and his warm, friendly nature made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The resort grounds and facilities are stunning, though we did notice that the beach area could benefit from some extra care, as there was a noticeable amount of litter along the shoreline during our visit. Given the otherwise high standards of the resort, this stood out as an area with room for improvement. Overall, Sofitel Nusa Dua delivers a luxurious and memorable experience, defined by beautiful surroundings, outstanding Club Millésime privileges, and truly heartfelt service. Thanks especially to team members like Gede Ame, our stay was both memorable and deeply enjoyable.

This was our families 3rd time at Sofitel in Nusa and we really can’t fault it!! And it gets better each time we come. Such a fantastic and sophisticated hotel, service from staff was top notch, hotel room was really lovely! We had an interconnecting room so lots of space for a family of 4! Food at breakfast was so good, great coffee which was included and lots and lots to choose from. We had luxury escapes vouchers for lunch or dinner and ate lunch at the hotels restaurant ‘Kwee Zeen’ and the alacarte menu had an huge range of options and all the food was absolutely fantastic!! I especially loved the Indian options and the desserts were delish!! Really impressed with the food at the Sofitel it has improved so much!! The sporting options around in the hotel were a big hit -tennis, badminton, gym, ping pong table (indoors too!!) and soccer for the kids was great. Pool is great, very busy at times but lots of areas to choose to swim and beach is nice too! The services around the pool is good-most days staff would bring around little shot sized frozen slushies. Only thing I would say is the walkways near and around the pool were very rough and hurts bare feet! And after lots and lots of swimming the kids feet all were a bit sore from tiles (small price to pay for hours and hours in the pool!)

Wira recreation is the best. I had a bicycle for 2 hours, he told me where should i go to visit nearby places. I went all over the beach side. Thanks a lot
