Отдых и телом и душой, приветливые отзывчивые люди, прекрасный завтрак, удобные постели, супер балкон с креслом качалкой и качелями все просто идеально, хотя я очень привередливый турист

Стало сюрпризом при выезде из отеля, что питье в холодильнике было платным, хотя нигде это не было написано. Мы были уверены , что это велком дринк))) и ценник при выезде за эти напитки был в 10 раз выше👍🏼 очень сильно подпортило впечатление . Завтраки очень однообразные, очень мало фруктов ! Соки химические , свежей рыбы вообще не было ни разу .

По атмосфере, дизайну, локации и доброжелательному отношению - просто отличный. Благодарю за гостеприимство и прекрасный сервис. Одно небольшое замечание по чистоте: в целом, сотрудники по уборке в номерах очень старалась и выполняли все просьбы по первому требованию, но , тот факт, что их нужно было просить протирать в комнате что-либо дополнительно - это упущение руководства. Возможно, уборщики просто не обучены протирать пыль со всех поверхностей или стеклянных дверей в номерах. Поэтому было удивительно видеть следы или немного пыли внутри ящиков, или на балконе или на вешалках, или в других труднодоступных местах. Это можно было бы усовершенствовать.

Отелю срочно нужен ремонт ! Все ни как на фото , территория уставшая , особенно бассейны ! Обслуживание плохое , особенно на ресепшене , встречают гостей ужасно и так же плохо провожают ! Детская комната тоже плохая , потеряли на улице моего ребенка , он пришел к нам на лежак (славу богу мы были на месте в тот момент ) , пошел к ним , а они даже не заметили что она отсутствует ! Плюс только номер и пляж .
