My first time in Bali and an amazing experience staying at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua. Satria yoga teacher is very friendly. Don't miss a class with him. the room was nice and clean, the breakfast was also very delicious.

This was our second time staying at Sofitel Nusa Dua and I can only say the experience is getting better. Our first stay was already so pleasant and memorable. It looked like most of the hotel staffs were so eager to improve the quality of service and always making sure the guests' needs were met. My special thank you to Ms. Diah and Mr. Indra, for their exceptional assistance and kindness. As always all of the staffs at Millesime were so delightful and friendly. Their level of service really made us feel less homesick during long holidays in Bali.

We love our stay at Sofitel. The room is spacious, the facility is great for family, and we love the location in Nusa Dua which we found a good balance of quiet and not too far from activities that we wanted to do. However the highlight is your staffs. They are all super friendly, accomodating and just all smiles all around. We always love balinese/ Indonesian people on how genuinely kind they are. This is the amazing culture that draws the tourist to keep coming back 😀 My daughter got hurt at the beach and your staff ( sorry dont remember his name) . it was on 23rd dec afternoon around 11am. he and his team was quick to give us first aid and even call the nurse to come and check her. She came in , check my daughter and clean her wound. She is amazing. Thank you so much!! We also love our experience of trying archery. Rio was great in showing us how to do it and very friendly throughout. Thanks Rio! There is also kids club with lots activity going on throughout the day. my daughter especially love having her hair braided. I would also highli recommend anyone staying to try the floating breakfast. It was a cute way to enjoy your breakfast and the food was presented beautifully , fresh and tasted great. The only drawback during our stay was the process of upgrading our room and we were mistakenly placed in a room with king bed instead of twin which what we wanted. Although the mistake was clarified by giving us a free extra bed , the process was really slow and we have to keep calling back to ask for it. I understand the hotel is busy but hopefully this feedback will provide feedback for improving the service. I also wanted to add that while sofitel is still charmed me with their lovely grand building, this hotel has started to show its age. The phone in our first room was not working, some of the phone on the corridor was also not working. The aircond switch was also broken in our room. All in all we love our stay and we thank the staffs from bell desk to housekeeping for your kind hospitality. Terima kasih
