We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the warm pool and had a wonderful dining experience at our Italian restaurant. We regret, however, that some aspects of the room and your time by the pool caused inconvenience during your stay and affected your ability to fully enjoy your time with us. At the same time, I am saddened to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not leave the positive impression we strive to create for our guests. Regarding your comments on the minibar, please allow me to share that the minibar items are available at an additional charge, with the menu and QR code placed on the fridge door for guest reference. Nevertheless, I regret that you were not clearly made aware of this during your stay, and your feedback has been carefully noted. I also appreciate your observations regarding the breakfast experience. While our breakfast offerings often receive positive recognition from our guests, I am saddened to learn that they did not leave the same impression on this occasion.
