We stayed here at Novotel for two days during our trip to Bali and it was amazing. The condition of the room each time we got was amazing, quality of breakfast and most importantly the service provided was fantastic. Special thanks to Windy (or Wendy?) the lady at the reception who worked on the 10th of September around 10:30am in the morning - extraordinary service from this lady. Great manner, kind and willing to help us. Thank you so much again Windy. You are amazing and customers are coming back to the hotel because of staff members like you. Terima kashi!

Our family was transiting thru Bali on our way to Lombok. (4 rooms in total)..The hotel served its purpose.. One room had to be changed as the air conditioning just wasn't working properly (after maintenance serviced it)..I have to say that the rooms were very quiet, and we enjoyed the roof top bar watching the planes land and take off over the sunset.

We decided to book the hotel because our flight was arriving at midnight and didn't want to check into our beach resort. The hotel is easy 10-15 mins walk from terminal and just need to follow the signs. Oh, you can use the cart all the way to hotel lobby. Easy check in and room was clean and spacious for 2 adult and a teen. The morning buffet was very nice with good selections. Good service too.

Miss Candra took great care of me in the hotel she assisted me with my money exchange and also was very nice and helpful she took me on a tour around the area she even took pictures of me, she made this day very memorial, sha adds something great to the hotel, thanks to her and her smile this hotel seemed more friendly, Thank you.
