A Luxurious gateway with my husband and daughter. We really love the pool with an amazing view. Super relaxing. The staffs were super friendly and informative, thankful for our butler Yudi for giving us the best experience while we stayed. The spa was super relaxing and really enjoyed the massages. We bought the oils. It had a very good combination scents. The two night that we stayed, we had really amazing dining experiences at Rumari, Loloan and Secret Cave. The food were excellent. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

it was my first time in Raffles and I loved every minute of my stay. every staff was so kind and welcoming especially our butler Thompson and Lina who recommended us good traditional food. the view from our room was magnificent :) I highly recommend this hotel if you are seeking for a perfect healing shelter to stay.

Raffles is quiet, private and family friendly. The view really nice，Gabriele is very sweet and accommodated all our requests. The hotel upgraded our room, the food was excellent, 24 hour room service, and I was particularly pleased that the hotel provided free transfers from the airport and to nearby restaurants.

Amazing hospitality experiences from Raffles Bali. All staff are very attentive and nice. We love the restaurant Loloan. High quality of food.
