The spa was amazing - beautiful calm surroundings and fantastic massage by Rina . I will definitely be back again in a few days before I go ……The music, temperature and comfort was excellent with quality aromatherapy oils and lovely welcome to the spa.

Excellent massage experience. Went for a 90 minute signature massage and a 30 min body scrub. Perfect pressure and very relaxing. Body scrub was well done. Ayu is an excellent therapist. Understood my pressure points and changed pressure accordingly.

Huge hotel and all staff are friendly. Got a massage. Our massage therapists - Ayu and Adela are great. Very friendly and thorough. Arikepela spa is clean and looks elegant. It was a nice way to end my stay here. I am already thinking of when to come back.

I had 60 minutes massage and I enjoyed it so much. From the warm welcome, refreshing welcome drink and cold towel. The therapist AYU was so great and I felt so relaxed. She was very attentive and friendly. The Spa itself is clean and esthetic. Will definitely come back to try their other treatments.
