La camera era più piccola di quello che sembrava dalle foto, soprattutto il bagno ma in due si stava bene. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare me lo aspettavo più pulito. Letti comodissimi peccato per la camera troppo calda. La colazione ottima e lo staff gentile ed efficiente abbiamo avuto un problema con il lavandino intasato ed é stato risolto prontamente

L' hotel e' in ristrutturazione parziale, e il rumore del trapano iniziava alle 10 del mattino , obbligandomi ad uscire dalla camera .

Ho soggiornato parecchie volte in questo Hotel quando era solamente IBIS, sia prima della ristrutturazione perziale delle camere sia dopo. Questa e' la proma volta che soggiorno come Mercure. Belle le aree comuni rifatte. Camera molto comoda e accogliente. Bagno con tutti i comfort. Colazione ottima. A due isolati dalla metro West Bromption. DI solito prezzi adeguati, questa volta un po' caro per vial del fatto che ho soggiornato a Capodanno ma davvero e' un hotel che suggerisco
