Speriamo di darvi il benvenuto nel nostro boutique hotel vicino a Hyde Park e stazione di Paddington. La pittoresca atmosfera della casa inglese e il verde del giardino vi faranno sentire a casa. Oxford Street e il West End sono facilmente raggiungibili.

La posizione dell’hotel è vincente, camere e servizi di alto livello ed il personale molto attento al cliente e davvero gentile. Un complimento particolare ad Anna. La colazione viene servita in un locale collegato e si accede direttamente dalla hall dell’hotel

La peggiore esperienza in un hotel. Cercate altro se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza come è successo a me! Allego solo 2 foto delle 3 camere che abbiamo dovuto cambiare, per non elencare tutti i disagi e i problemi a cui abbiamo dovuto assistere. Ho girato tanti hotel ma questo è davvero assurdo, camere non conformi alle foto, piccole, rumorose, finestra rotta, doccia che si allagava, e mi fermo quì.

With regards to the room, you have booked a Small Cosy Double room and you have been allocated the correct room type. After you complained about the room size you have been upgraded free of charge to a bigger room, you received complimentary breakfast for two people for the rest of your stay as a goodwill gesture. I found your comment inaccurate as we went above and beyond to satisfy your needs. At the hotel we have various types of room, different sizes to cater different needs. ottima posizione

personale attento, buona la colazione con ampia scelta ed i servizi di livello, molto silenzioso perché dà su una piazzetta con giardinetto un po’ defilata, senza passaggio auto. Camera piccola, letto piccolo ma comodo, con scelta cuscini. Bagno spazioso ( in proporzione molto più della stanza ) ristrutturato da poco con doccia a tutta parete e pulito, molti asciugamani ed accappatoio e con ciabattine di servizio. Unico problema la moquet: alta, macchiata e poco igienica Posizione impagabile per vicinanza circa 300mt Metropolitana di Paddington e Stazione Treni con Heathrow Express che in 15Min ti porta in Aeroporto. Una segnalazione particolare per Anna alla Reception che ci accolto con un bellissimo sorriso e tanta professionalità e disponibilità. Grazie!

Nella media a Paddington

Soggiorno di Lavoro in una singola superior. Pro: posizione vicino Paddington, sempre che piaccia la zona, bagno ampio e pulito, personale cordiale ed accoglienza ottima. Contro: Stanza piccola al pian terreno, con soffitto troppo basso e finestra su una chiostrina, praticamente si sta al buio anche di giorno. Male insonorizzata e con il condizionatore inservibile in quanto particolarmente rumoroso. ------------------------------- Colazione nella norma, servita nell'adiacente locale "Bella Italia", che potrebbe essere migliore nella parte self service ed è nella norma per i piatti serviti al tavolo. Non andare se si ha fretta. ---------------------------- In generale la zona non puo' offrire molto di più, siamo nella media come dimensioni delle camere, sicuramente il marchio offre standard alti di pulizia e fornitura nella stanza. Viaggiando per lavoro non so dire molto riguardo al prezzo.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e devo dire che ho trovato una struttura pulita, una accoglienza ottima (complimenti ad Anna della reception per professionalità e simpatia!), una colazione valida presso il ristobar annesso BellaItalia e una posizione davvero pazzesca! La stazione di Paddington è davvero a pochi passi e da lì sono tantissimi i collegamenti possibili. Consiglio in zona in ristorante di cucina libanese Paramount!
