Прибыли в отель с собакой - помощником. Необходимо было одидать пересадочный рейс 10 часов. Без проблем заселили. Очень приветливый персонал. Остались только положительные впечатления от общения с работником ресепшен и менеджером отеля.

Хороший отель, близко к аэропорту, 3 минуты пешком, все быстро удобно, быстрое заселение выселение, вкусный разнообразный завтрак, ресторан всегда работает, заказывали из детского меню, все вкусно, большие порции, чистые не старые номера, персонал вежливый

1. Ресепшен - очень долго ждали регистрации. Перед нами были 3 заселения и всего один человек на ресепшен + очень долгая процедура. 2. Заказали еду в ресторане два бургера и пиццу - ожидали более часа, 3 раза говорили через 10 минут и каждый раз минут через 20 я спускался в ресторан чтобы узнать. 3. Пицца была просто ужасной и бургеры на 3/10

We deeply regret that your visit did not meet the standards of service and quality we strive to provide. Regarding the check-in process, we acknowledge that the waiting time you encountered was unacceptable. Having only one staff member available at reception during a busy period is not reflective of our service standards, and we are reviewing our staffing and procedures to prevent such delays in the future. We are equally concerned to learn about the excessive waiting time for your restaurant order. Providing repeated inaccurate time estimates is not acceptable, and we fully understand your frustration, especially given that you had to follow up multiple times personally. This matter has been addressed with our food and beverage team to ensure better communication and improved service efficiency. Furthermore, we sincerely apologize for the quality of the food served. Your comments regarding the pizza and burgers are taken very seriously, and we have shared this feedback with our kitchen management for immediate review and corrective action.
