Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for being our valued All Classic member. We would like to kindly clarify the situation regarding your stay. The premium room category that you had booked was indeed provided to you, as explained during your visit. Unfortunately, on the day of your arrival, the sofa bed in that room was damaged by a previous guest and had to be taken out of service for urgent repair. To ensure your comfort, we offered you an extra bed, which is normally available at an additional charge. In your case, this extra bed would be provided completely free of charge. We would also like to note that many of our guests find the extra bed more comfortable and preferable compared to a sofa bed. All of this information was communicated to you during your stay. As we did not receive further feedback or confirmation from you at that time, we understood that the proposed solution was acceptable. We regret if this situation caused any misunderstanding and sincerely apologize if your expectations were not fully met. Your comments are very important to us, and they help us improve our service and communication.
