Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for being our valued All Classic member. We would like to kindly clarify the situation regarding your stay. The premium room category that you had booked was indeed provided to you, as explained during your visit. Unfortunately, on the day of your arrival, the sofa bed in that room was damaged by a previous guest and had to be taken out of service for urgent repair. To ensure your comfort, we offered you an extra bed, which is normally available at an additional charge. In your case, this extra bed would be provided completely free of charge. We would also like to note that many of our guests find the extra bed more comfortable and preferable compared to a sofa bed. All of this information was communicated to you during your stay. As we did not receive further feedback or confirmation from you at that time, we understood that the proposed solution was acceptable. We regret if this situation caused any misunderstanding and sincerely apologize if your expectations were not fully met. Your comments are very important to us, and they help us improve our service and communication. Идеальное расположение! В пешей доступности от многих достопримечательностей в старом городе. Рядом много вкусных ресторанов

We’re pleased to hear that our location was convenient for exploring the Old Town and that you appreciated the nearby restaurants and our Green initiatives. As an eco-friendly hotel, we do not provide single-use plastic bottles in the rooms. To ensure guests still have easy access to drinking water, we offer water dispensers on every floor and reusable jugs in each room. Regarding breakfast, we appreciate your suggestions and will consider adding more variety to better meet our guests’ expectations. Concerning the luggage scale, we would like to clarify that we do not advertise or provide scales as part of our facilities. Мелкие минусы были такие как: однообразный завтрак (за 9 суток ничего не менялось, мало фруктов), не клали каждый день ванные принадлежности (ватные диски и палочки) и чай, очень мало вешалок для одежды, было очень холодно в ванной. Плюсы: отличное расположение, уютный номер премиум, люблю Accor, очень вкусный чизкейк в кофейне, чистые полотенца и хорошая уборка по просьбе.

Что очень не понравилось так это распыляемый в номерах запах каких то благовоний , надо учитывать что сейчас много алергиков, и спать в этом это ад, запах такой что голова кружилась, даже открытые окна не помогали , В номерах нет тапочек и халатов.
