We’re truly sorry to hear that this particular stay did not meet your expectations, especially after a late arrival when rest was most important. Please accept our apologies for the slow reception service and the technical issues you experienced in the room. Regarding the minibar, we would like to kindly clarify that it is intentionally switched off as part of our environmental initiative and this information is provided in the room. Nevertheless, we understand how this may be inconvenient when rest is the priority.
