Good location, 5-10 min walk to public transportation, Pike place market. Staff are friendly. If you are sensitive to the noise, stay away from the rooms on lower levels and close to the main road.

I arrived at the hotel around 11 o'clock, and the front desk helped me check in early, giving me enough break time. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, I found that the room provided turndown service and received a small gift. Very satisfied. This is my first stay at a hotel under the Accor brand, apart from Fairmont, and it made me feel the same enthusiasm as the staff at the Fairmont hotel.

Love the decor, bed is comfy, shower is clean & lots of hot water. The room was clean & quiet. Cons/room for improvement : -Wait times for valet. Also, when you pull up in front of the hotel, the valet people should come over to your car. Instead they were standing there talking. -No place for your dog to do its business eventhough you're pet friendly. -Fitness center is too small. It felt crowded with just 2-3 people in there.
