very disappointed because i gave a sweater for dry cleaning and instead it was laundered and it shrunk. It was a cashmere sweater from bloomingdales. Looking for some sort of reimbursement. It was a $200 sweater

The AI generated assistant as concierge service is terrible. Speaking to a computer when I wanted to retrieve my car was insulting and ridiculous. For a hotel of this caliber to resort to this type of cost "savings" is a grave miscalculation and will result in questions about the quality of the entire experience. Whether or not we return is still an open question.

Our stay at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a classic luxury atmosphere that still feels warm and welcoming. The service for was hugely disappointing, even worse than most mid-level hotels. We had to wait over an hour for our bags to be delivered from the valet, which meant we missed our dinner engagement. We had to call multiple times before we were able to actually speak to a person. the Automated was frustrating and simply did not work.

Stay was okay. Hotel property itself was beautiful however we booked a suite to accomdate our 2 toddlers and to our surprise the couch was NOT a sleeper sofa.
