I recently hosted my birthday party at The George and let me tell you - this is where you want to host a celebration. Aside from the stunning interior, our server, Brenda, was so attentive and offered personalized recommendations from the dinner menu and wine list. Pro-tip: order the seafood tower and add a caviar "bump."

The Fairmont Olympic Hotel is not only one of the most beautiful hotels in the Fairmont portfolio, but the Olympic staff is world class! Renee and Curtis (especially) made our stay in even better with their recommendations for local “must see” off the beaten path sights in Seattle, their general warmth and friendliness and going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect! If you don’t stay at the Olympic when you’re in Seattle, you are doing yourself a disservice. We’ll be back! Absolutely would not stay anywhere else.

We started our visit at the lobby bar. Drinks were excellent as was our server Hibo. My sis and husband had a Marigold, a mezcal drink. Excellent-with a smoky taste!! I had the breakfast stout-also great. Ambiance was lively but private. We headed to Shuckers for dinner —also fine!

While travelling to Seattle to attend the Blue Jays /Mariners game we had the privilege to stay at the Seattle Olympic for 2 nights. It was there that we felt so special and so well taken care of. Every outlet/dept was wonderful and most importantly the colleagues took very good care of us. We will be back. Thank you Fairmont Olympic
