Hauled out of bed at 9.15pm as my payment had been declined. System unable to print invoice. Had to collect invoice the next morning. Raised why payment wasn’t sorted out earlier or the following morning. Manager very apologetic but was still very disruptive and annoying to have to get out of bed after a very long working day. Was freezing cold all night as doona very thin and no extra bedding provided. Didn’t want to make room hot as that would have been equally uncomfortable. Restaurant nice and staff also nice but poor system re payments and insufficient bedding which you don’t expect for $185.

The valet service was special. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was across the road from a nice healthy cafe.
