We stayed here for four nights, and were quite happy with the room and service. Being Accor Platinum we had breakfast included in the rate, and that included coffee as well.. which was a nice touch. Breakfast was sufficient, with a range of items on offer We also had dinner in the restaurant on two nights (and used our Accor Plus discount). Both meals were good, sufficient quantity and great service. Valet parking at $25 seemed a bit steep, and we opted to use the $10/day car park just up the road, which the hotel organized for us. All in all, a great stay with great service, in a hotel in a good location

Stayed for one night after a day medical procedure in Devonport. Very nice hotel with lovely accomodating staff. Great location in the town centre. Bed was comfortable and the room ambience was really nice. Great view over the town from my room. Shout out to the two lovely ladies in the restaurant who made the best coffee and looked after me while I waited for my room to be ready.

No free car parking on premises so I wouldn’t choose this venue for overnighting for ferry trip.

We stayed at the Novotel in November and was shocked that they charged $25 for valet parking otherwise you have to go to the local city car park 200m away.Not ideal if you are overnighting with luggage in your car .Also sounds from nearby nightclub were banging away until 2:30am heard on the 5th floor.Location is great.Only 8 car pick up drop off area which makes it hard if you have to unload ,take to your room,then move your car☹️.Rooms were clean and functional.

For overnight stays prior to catching the ferry, our front carpark is primarily intended as a convenient space for guests to unload luggage before moving their car to alternative parking options nearby. We do offer valet parking for those who prefer a more seamless experience, and there are local city car parks a short walk away for longer stays. Devonport Delight

A beautiful Hotel situated on the Shores of the Mersey River. The Hotel is very centrally located in Devonport not far from where the ferries dock. We used it as a base on the final leg of our Tasmania trip to do a few day trips. It has a Singapore vibe in the foyer near the Mr Good Guy Asian fusion restaurant. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room on the 5th floor with a Balcony overlooking the river mouth so we could watch the ferries sail in and out and the activities in the Park Below. You don’t really need a Balcony just book a King Ocean view. It was very windy during our stay but it was nice to have easy access to fresh air. The parking was a bit annoying as you could either have secure valet parking for $25 per night on site or self parking in the Council undercover car park a short walk away for $10 per night. This was seamlessly managed by the Hotel and it was good to be able to just take our hire car in and out whenever we wanted. The buffet breakfast in Mr Good Guy was lovely with great service and plenty of delicious options. The Asian fusion food in Mr Good Guy was delicious and we actually elected to eat there all 3 nights of our stay. I want to make a special mention of Michelle in this restaurant in the evenings because this place was really well run particularly when she was on site. I don’t know if she was the person in charge but if she’s not give that lady a promotion please. Overall we had a lovely stay here and I would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks to all the wonderful staff of this beautifully managed Hotel. The food was also delicious and excellent for sharing . One night we just had the bar snacks rather than the full meals and they are a good option for a light meal.

So many mistakes. The overpriced $30 breakfast buffet did not include coffee, which was extra. As was parking, even though it was on the premises. Worst thing was the cleaners failing to clean the toilet in the room, and no brush for guest to diy, so it had to be done by hand. YUK!
