Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm genuinely sorry to hear that your stay was disrupted by external noise, I completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to get the restful night you were expecting. While our location offers the convenience of being in the heart of Devonport’s dining and entertainment precinct, we acknowledge that weekends can be busier and may carry some noise from surrounding venues. Where availability allows, we do try to avoid allocating rooms on the side closest to the nightclub on weekend evenings, and I’m sorry this wasn’t possible during your stay. Your feedback is appreciated and has been shared with the team as we continue working on ways to improve the comfort of our guests.
