Great location but dairy free diet menu was not catered for very well. After some 45 minutes since arrival at the restaurant, a special lamb dish was presented to me with somewhat an agitated waiter and still charged $50 for the embarrassment to me.

Stayed for 5 nights to explore north western Tasmania. enjoyed an upgrade to a silo room which had views across the park and river. Enjoyed meals in the hotel restaurant which included lots of local fare and great table service. We were impressed with the care and attention given throughout the stay.

What a wonderful short stay

I could not fault this hotel. I was on 4th floor with a view of river so so nice. I love Archie the dog, how clean & modern the hotel was, how lovely the staff were and my cousins came over and we enjoyed the cafe. So many places to sit in lounge area and outside. It was wonderful and very relaxing. The day spa was enjoyable. And room service meals were good. Housekeeping did a great job of refreshing everything daily.

Exceeded Every Expectation

I thought this hotel was great. Here are a few of my observations: - I know it’s not always possible, so I appreciated the early check in. - My room on the 8th floor had lovely views of the river. - There is proper tea (make in a pot) and coffee - and real milk in mini fridge. - The entire place is spotless. - Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. What a great team. - There is free on-site parking. - I enjoyed meeting Archie, the laid back in house black Labrador. - The food in the restaurant was good. - The hotel is near a semi-industrial area, but if you go the other way through the park, you can walk to the marina and CBD. - Minor quibble - the TV remote didn’t always work. I would recommend and stay here again.

The best hotel stay ever!

We booked for an overnight stay for a wedding held at Peppers Silos. We loved every moment of our stay from when we arrived to when we left. The staff were professional and friendly, our room was EXCEPTIONAL - and I mean truly exceptional. The facilities all clean and well presented. Food for lunch and then at wedding was delicious. The wedding itself was a great location in the gazebo. Intimate and beautiful. We will stay at Peppers Silos again next time we're in Launceston. A little more on our room: We were upgraded to Gorge Deluxe room. Thank you so much to Peppers for this as it made our stay AMAZING. From the moment you walk in the room it's just gorgeous; modern and classy with the curved wall of the silo. This also gives a feeling of space that you don't usually have in a rectangular hotel room. Super clean. You feel an instant sense of relaxation walking in. The lighting gives a great ambience (and oddly I LOVE the light switches!). The room has a chaise lounge by the window. This alone was so comfy to lie on. I took my cup of tea, brewed in the teapot (a really lovely touch), made with REAL milk (not the usual hotel long-life milk) and relaxed in front of the window. The king size bed was so comfy. I had the best night's sleep I'd had in years. The bathroom is top notch with the toilet and shower each in their own frosted glass cubicle. Overall I couldn't fault our stay.
