Easy access to the tourist attractions and public transport, friendly staff and tasty food. Travelled with the family.

Convenient to walk into the CBD. Friendly greeting when we arrived and departed. Otherwise a very lacklustre experience. Rooms are spacious but not well-furnished so not great for relaxing. Room decor is dated. Clock tower nearby chimes every 15 minutes 24/7 and, the two nights we were there, a street sweeper or leaf blower started up from approx 6:30, so bring earplugs. We had much better value for money at nicer hotels in Hobart.

Very convenient location, close and walkable to centre of town. Nice big room with mini kitchenette set up, no mini bar in room. Great shower and huge bathtub. Friendly and helpful customer service at reception at all times.

Good location and beautiful rooms but just not very sound proof. Also the TV needed to be bigger in order to see it from the bed without wearing glasses.

Check in average. No other info given for restaurant or breakfast. Pointed to door to car park. Suite was very spacious, 2 bedrooms twin beds and a king bed. King room had large ensuite with spa bath. there was kitchen dining lounge area, bathroom and laundry. Views from lounge and king bedroom - straight into an office block. Views from 2nd bedroom, building and a carpark. Went to breakfast at 7.30 only to be told it is 8.30. we left without complimentary breakfast to get to our next destination. check out average. Wouldn't stay there again.
