I am sorry to hear that your experience during your recent stay, did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Our guest experience is at the heart of all that we do and without guest feedback we wouldn't know where to direct our attention for improvement. Thank you for the opportunity to address these concerns you've raised. As you have stayed with us before, I'm sure you are aware of our lifestyle over luxury design, and that our services can be different to other hotel experiences. It's what makes us different to other brands. We will be addressing your concerns regarding the staff internally and will use your comments as a learning opportunity to improve our quality of service. Our breakfast has gone through a little makeover recently, to keep up with the demands of our regular guests. We will raise your feedback to the relevant department for review and to divulge deeper into our improvements. As you mentioned, the gym facilities are out-sourced through a third party. Our hotel does not provided gym facilities within our services. Unfortunately, due to THIRD SPACE being a members only club and an elite service here in Canary Wharf, the daily gym passes do now come with a discounted fee of £20 per pass, as per terms and conditions made by THIRD SPACE. The gym pass fees are informed to every guest inquiring and it is at the discretion of the guest to purchase should they wish. Throughout the years we are proud to be awarded the Green Key Accreditation for our dedication in providing more Eco friendly options, offers and environment. This includes the new spring water glass bottles in our rooms. We have had great feedback and are following a strict cleaning procedure for each bottle. We are surprised to hear that this was an issue during your stay, and this will raise this to upper management. We are sad that these issues were not raised during your stay, as we would have loved the opportunity to address this in person. Hallo Ben, Bedankt voor het delen van je feedback met ons. We zijn blij te horen dat je een prettig verblijf hebt gehad en genoten hebt van onze locatie dicht bij de metro en transportverbindingen. We waarderen je opmerkingen over de kamermaat. Als lifestyle hotel proberen we de ruimte optimaal te benutten voor een functionele en comfortabele ervaring, wat soms wat krap kan aanvoelen, vooral bij langere verblijven. Voor gasten die meer ruimte zoeken, bieden we ook kamers in hogere categorieën aan, die groter zijn en wellicht geschikter voor langere verblijven. Bovendien zijn we bezig met het upgraden van ons ontbijtmenu en de machines om je algehele ervaring te verbeteren. Wat betreft het telefoonnetwerk raden we aan om Wi-Fi bellen in te schakelen op je apparaat, aangezien dit de connectiviteit in de kamers kan verbeteren en je makkelijker toegang geeft tot netwerken. Onze excuses voor de problemen met de koffieautomaten en de Nespresso-cups. We werken actief aan het oplossen van deze problemen en hopen ze snel op te lossen.
