Maintaining high standards of cleanliness is very important to us, and we truly appreciate your positive remarks in this regard. Please note that toilet brushes are not provided in the rooms for hygienic reasons; however, they are available upon request at reception. In addition, a safe is not a standard amenity offered in three star properties. We also regret that you found the breakfast experience disappointing and somewhat bureaucratic. The restaurant is managed by a third-party company, and we do not offer a typical hotel breakfast but a restaurant breakfast. We understand that having to choose from set options in advance may feel limiting, especially without knowing what to expect.
