We love our stay with Mercure Hida. They are very responsive with my inquiries prior to arrival at the hotel. Surprised us with a surprise treat in our room for our anniversary. The hotel is conviniently located near the station. Just a few steps away. The hotel, room, amenities are all great especially the private onsen. Will definitely comeback again.
