**THE HOTEL SPA IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION, REOPENING WINTER 2027. Guests who book at least two nights receive a complimentary round-trip ticket for the Mont-Blanc Tramway*, France's highest rack railway, departing just 55 yards from the hotel. *Offer subject to availability; the tramway will close for the season from April 6 and reopen in June 2026. One round-trip per room booked, minimum two nights.

I booked this hotel via email in April specifically because of its proximity to the thermal baths. At no point was I informed that the spa had been closed due to a fire that occurred in January. Had I known, I would have considered other accommodations. Instead, I was not notified of the closure until just two days before my arrival. Upon arrival, the hotel hallways still had a noticeable smoke odor. I had also planned to stay for 21 days but was forced to check out early due to a severe allergic reaction. As a pet-friendly hotel, there appeared to be significant residual pet dander in the room, suggesting it had not been thoroughly deep-cleaned prior to my stay. Overall, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the spa closure and the condition of the property, both of which significantly impacted my experience. It did not feel like a 4-star hotel...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the views are absolutely beautiful, and parking is convenient. The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it.
