Great location and comfortable, clean room. Two issues 1) there's not much soundproofing between rooms - we were disturbed the entire time by the young family in the room next door 2) we paid for breakfast by buying the coupons in reception (which seemed to be marketed as if you needed to have them in order to get the breakfast), but the breakfast was apparently cheaper if you just walked in off the street (and not just because of the taxes). We queried this at reception, but never received an answer.

Super noisy loud music - 1st night stopped as promised. But 2nd night went beyond 2:30PM - such a shame - also: breakfast was too expensive for what it was - and the mornings pub setting was not helpful nwhen the giant screen TV showed sweaty half-naked men bashing each other’s heads in till they lie on the floor —- not for Sunday morning breakfast!!!! It is rteally kind of unacceptable for a family hotel venue! Especiallywhen you are hosting single women who enjoy Vancouver’s Nature setting and fall landscape!

It was a good stay at hotel Belmont. It’s in a good area in he entertainment district with lots of food and shops. Yaletown is a ten minute walk away and so is the sky train terminal. So it’s very accessible.

Friendly staff, vibrant decor in a lively part of the city. Lots of food options in close proximity. We didn't find an issue with the noise as the windows were double layered. My main critique would be if you have a lot of luggage you may find the rooms quite small. You also have to carry your luggage up a set of stairs to get into the Reception area to check in. The one thing I would also have really appreciated in the room was a small fridge, they do however have a ice and water (room temp) machine close by.

Stayed one night to attend a concert at The Vogue, which was extraordinarily convenient. Hotel provided everything I needed, and I was able to get a late checkout, as well as a little welcome gift, due to joining their free rewards program online. Breakfast was substantial, workout room was well-equipped, towels and bedding were high-quality, and service was kind and attentive. I did have an issue with the alarm clock in the room next door going off repeatedly around midnight, but the attendant was quick to address it each time. I would have liked to have gotten a better price, but that was my fault for booking early and not checking in on prices again, and I was ultimately paying for location.

Staff at front desk are fabulous. Rather noisy at time with Irish Bar below. Not the best area in downtown but convenient for exploring the city.

Smooth check-in, nice and clean room, warm personnel, welcome drink much appreciated, great location to downtown places and granville. Relatively quiet for the centeal location, comfy beds.

This is the 1st hotel that need to ask for door to be unlocked at 8pm to check in. Walking from Burrard street to Nelson street, we saw shops and people that made me feel unsafe and unsecured. We checked into Fairmount Vancouver on 18Sept and paid CAD $506 but Belmont was just $50 bucks cheaper, which we think it was overvalued compare to Fairmount, in term of location & facilities.

The space was smaller than some hotels, but well used. We hope that lost and found came up with a zipper, navy blue small bag with several necklaces in it. (Beaded)
