地段一楼，附近有海德公园，离女王大厦也是一步之遥；服务态度好，早饭和晚餐都非常好吃，还会选择入住。

一般，电话要了浴巾隔了一小时左右才送过来。投诉了房间中的异响，也只是说会跟进就没后续了，一直声称是空调正常的声响。态度很好但解决不了问题。如果那么大的声音都算是空调正常的声音，那么酒店的设备也算是老旧了，尽然还是这几年新装修的，令人失望。酒店的瓶装水也会出现遗漏补充。

本次在悉尼入住贵酒店体验极佳，全程感受到贴心温暖的服务。早餐班尼迪克蛋味道很好，服务人员热情周到；前台戴眼镜的长发女工作人员可爱又细心，入住时房间未整理，主动帮忙寄存行李，并告知可邮件通知，还指引我们使用公共卫生间稍作休整，缓解了红眼航班的疲惫。离店当日需早走，大堂经理耐心帮我们打包早餐，准备了水果、面包等，十分贴心。此次入住让我对雅高品牌服务有了更深好感，定会推荐家人朋友入住！
