在后续的住宿中，我房间的AC出现了问题，一位意大利籍Duty Manager迅速为我解决了问题，升级并更换了房间。又经过了几天住宿，新更换的房间在一次打扫后出现了洗手池水管脱落的问题，另一位叫Sebastian的Duty Manager也很积极地为我更换了房间，他在半个小时内就处理好了一切，非常高效。

第一，每一天的物品补充都缺少某几样东西（水，牛奶，棉签，毛巾只更换一份）。第二，3月18日那天完全没有打扫。第三，3月22日给了脏毛巾，有图片证据。我永远不会再住你们集团旗下的任何酒店，以及会告诉身边的所有人，不推荐你们的任何酒店

I am very sorry to learn about your experience, particularly the missed servicing on March 18, the incomplete replenishment of amenities, and the unacceptable condition of the towels provided on March 22. 地段一楼，附近有海德公园，离女王大厦也是一步之遥；服务态度好，早饭和晚餐都非常好吃，还会选择入住。
