I am pleased to hear you enjoyed our location and found our team to be welcoming and helpful throughout your stay. Your kind comments about their attitude are greatly appreciated. I am sorry to learn that some aspects of the room setup and housekeeping did not meet expectations. As part of our sustainability practices, certain amenities such as toothbrushes are available on request rather than pre placed in the room.
