Good hotel bad management

Nice hotel and good location..however the senior staff (FOM only) at hotel are arrogant and rude. I stayed and paid full amount upon check only to later receive an extra charge from the Front Office Manager (Olivia Brewert) claiming there was an “issue” with the rate code I booked. The rate was valid at the time of booking and confirmed upon arrival — if there was truly a problem, it should have been addressed at check-in, not after I had left. Upon check in there was no issue and front desk receptionist also did not raise any issues. This kind of after-the-fact charging feels deceptive and leaves a bad taste. A hotel’s integrity is measured by how they treat guests, and in my case, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be returning, and I suggest other travellers proceed with caution coz they can just nilly willy charge you once you check out.
