Hotelnya bersih, sepreiny wangi dan bersih, hanya saja utk shower kamar mandi yg bisa dilepas belum tersedia, kloset juga masi model lama tdk ad washer. Sarapannya oke. Secara keseluruhan menginap di Mercure on Hay nyaman sekali, dekat dengan restaurant dan shopping center.

We stay during our visit to catch up with my daughter. And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free❤️.
