“Very low standard for a 4-Star Hotel”

The location and room size were the only satisfactory aspects of my stay. Beyond that, the overall service delivery fell significantly short of expectations. There were no basic amenities provided — no bottled water, toiletries, or even bathroom slippers. What was more disappointing was that our used towels from the previous night were simply refolded and placed back in the bathroom instead of being replaced. There was also no on-site parking, which meant incurring additional costs at Wilson Parking over a two-night stay. While this was my first time staying in a hotel in Perth, the experience was far below what I’d consider acceptable, and I would not recommend this property based on my stay.

Stayed 1 night. Reception staff very friendly. Ideal central location for attractions in town. Spacious very clean room. Bedroom has 2 very comfortable clean king bed. Room has 1 chair, kettle, AC, TV. and fridge. Bathroom is ensuite shower and toilet and clean with toiletries. Free very good WiFi. Electric  sockets near bed. Small Pool area with towels. Buffet breakfast good selection, bacon. Sausage, eggs, veg, pastries, toast, croissants jams, yogart juice, water, coffee, 5 cereal choices, cold meats and cheese, and fresh fruit. Really nice hotel. I Would recommend. As Good value, great location.

Reasonable price and good location. Bit dated in decor and rooms need modernisation but staff helpful and a nice pool area

An outdated hotel with good location.

My 1st stay here as I was hoping for a better location vs last stay. However a bit disappointed due to hotel high occupancy, so I only had my room at 1230pm despite being a Platinum member. Hotel location is good with Hay St and Murray St within steps as well as Barracks Jetty 5 mins walk away. Hotel breakfast is simple but tasty. Room is spacious but basic and hotel corridor and room quite outdated and run down. Many signs of repairs or touch up needs to be done.

Very disappointing check in, took half and hour at 1230 am for a room that was booked and paid for at least 2 months prior only to be sent to a room that was unmade and not cleaned from previous occupants. Then the desk clerk/manager had to physically check/find us another room that also had to be made up. This was a rush job, and things like towels, cups etc were missed. This also took a while and with only one person on duty there was soon others behind us waiting for service. Bed was not good with flat lifeless pillows. Location on the other hand was good, close to everything needed.
