I truly empathise with your experience and am genuinely sorry to hear that it fell short of your expectations, especially after what must have been a long journey. Please accept my heartfelt apologies for the discomfort you experienced regarding the room and bedding, as well as the oversights in housekeeping and the disappointing breakfast service. I am truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand the frustration you felt regarding the service you received.
