This hotel has a great location. You can walk to the Quay & around the CBD with ease. Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were as expected with an added bonus of coffee machine & iron. They were clean, tidy and well serviced. Bar food downstairs was simple but very good. The parking valet was at times tricky due to the hotels busy location and patronage. The swimming pool is half indoor/outdoor but is heated. Overall a good stay.

Staying for 6 days here. When we arrived, Staff were helpful, let us check in early in the morning around 8am and have a late check out since our flight was at midnight, breakfast was good, great location, nothing complained. Love to stay here again next time.

while the hotel's location is amazing and the rooms were great, I have had a terrible experience when it comes to refunding the bond. The hotel claims to have refunded my bond but is unable to provide correct details of the transaction even after chasing them for more than a month now! this is horrible. not to mention the stress and loss of time in chasing them for this minor detail.

I have just finished a one night stay. The check in was quite slow due to only one person on shift and other people doing other things Modern building with spacious rooms and a very comfy bed The breakfast in the morning was not great. No enough staff at all. Only one person checking people in and slow service, I ordered an omelette and it arrived cold Nice atmosphere and would stay again but please sort out staffing shortages

The Novotel is in a perfect location in Perth, right in the main part of the CBD without feeling like you are in a touristy busy area. Short walk to any restaurants or shopping and Murray street is quite trendy and buzzing of an evening. Don't worry about on-site parking, there is a paid multi-level carpark opposite the hotel which is around $20 for a 24 hour period on a weekend. The rooms had everything we needed, the lobby was spacious and comfortable and we had dinner there a few nights. The on-site restaurant Miss Mi has incredible Asian food of an evening and definitely worth visiting. The breakfast buffet was fine and of the normal standard you would expect. I would happily return to this hotel as the location and amenities were exactly what was expected and the price is quite good when you can get a Luxury Escapes deal.
