I asked 3 times to refill shower gel but no replacement until I go down to receptionist to get by myself. As a gold member Accor I also don’t get welcome amenity. I ask for slippers but no stock.

Stayed here for 4 weeks during July-August 2025. Great staff providing a positive experience all across. Ellie and Marina went above and beyond at each of the interactions I had over my month-long stay. Sunil and other staff at front office, the housekeeping as well the staff in the restaurant were great and hospitable. The hotel is around a 10 min walk (and two stops on the free bus zone) from the Perth CBD with partial river views from the room. While the hotel is a bit dates, the rooms are well appointed and had all the required comfort for a long stay. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and offered decent variety and prompt service.

Went to this hotel stayed two nights was therefore an awards night for Speedway really looking forward to a hotel that is advertised as a 4.5 star. Very disappointed pulled up outside had to unload my bags myself. No one around to help with baggage went to reception fairly long wait. Then had to leave my luggage unattended in the foyer while I parked my car. Then had to borrow one of the luggage carts Paid for an upgrade for my room was indicated I would have a view of the river. What I got was a view of the hotel across the street. The window was so dirty it was hard to see out of. The room look like it had just been upgraded but was more like a normal room in the any other hotel. Had a meal at the hotel order a Irish pie very average. Very loud band made it very hard to have a conversation. Went for breakfast in the morning very average for a 4.5 star hotel Attended an awards night upstairs. This was the best part of my stay. The service was very good. The food was very good. Could not fault either.

Central heating didn’t work. Was given electric heater. For hotel which charge $202 dollars per night I would expect something better.

Not a good start when checking in to be told you have spent $100s too much. Guy trying to sell us Accor membership saying we could have saved if we join. Now. Rooms tired and housekeeping really need to up their game. Hair in bath and all fittings loose and hanging. There is no way you would turn on spa. Not because the jets look disgusting but the switch is near the toilet near the floor nowhere near bath. Sheets had to be changed as there was blood on them, housekeeping took pics as did I. QR for room service was ridiculous. Usually your room number pops up and all set. It wanted email and mothers maiden name.(joke) Internet stop/start. Why have a kitchen area and nothing in it. There were no water glasses and 2 cups. Nothing was replenished except day 3 as we were in room and asked if we wanted coffee pods. One bottle of 500ml complementary water per stay! The location is great for getting around but that is about the only plus.
