Service seemed nice, until they forgot to serve suhoor (breakfast for Fasting people during Ramadan). There was no one in the restaurant, went to the reception, who said to come again to the restaurant. In the end they didn’t provide any food. Such a disappointment. Such unprofessionalism

Not recommended at all!

Terrible approach to customers.. They overcharge us during check in. Hotel is more than half empty and asked half night fee for late check out. Change coffee at breakfast, add smoked salmon. Beer is hot, no gas. Room service works just perfect. Reception strictly rules, not helpful or any extra approach!
