入住体验不好，我们在迪拜有项目，当地合伙人推荐我们入住这个酒店，位置不错，他们经常来，然后退房后我的信用卡除了我们消费和酒店税464AED外，又扣除了2525AED，我以为是同行的朋友消费但是大家都没有，问酒店要了账单后只有464AED，对于这种情况我们很愤怒，很浪费我们的时间和精力去寻找这笔费用花费以及和酒店沟通，并且我们已经返回中国，我们当地的合作伙伴对此事也非常震惊，酒店的这种低级错误让我们对酒店的专业性提出质疑，虽然酒店回复我邮件说系统的问题导致多扣除费用尽快返还，但是几天过去了还没有返回

作为一个国际化酒店公司的前台要配备会中文的服务人员。即便不能配备，也要有翻译器或中文提醒。 我办理入住时得到的信息是客房的迷你吧是可以免费享用的。但是，退房时却向我收取了费用。 也许是我的英文听错了。但是，我认为：让客人明白你的介绍和服务是酒店的责任。当酒店的信息不能清晰告诉顾客的话，酒店自己要反思。 所以：这是一个非常糟糕的体验。

优点有：酒店位置比较好，服务人员态度也很好。 不足之处有： 1. 卫生间太窄，而且没有门； 2. 床左边的充电接口无法充电； 3. 早餐虽然选项不少，但是可口的食物不多；
