Beautiful stay with a few suggestions

We loved our brief stay but we have a few suggestions as these few points made our stay less than a ‘10’. I feel these spoiled our staycation somewhat. Dirty grime behind soap despensers in bathroom- disgusting and unexpected. Breakfast- lax waitstaff. We had to wait for a table to be cleared and ‘cleaned’ before being shown to a table. There were actually tables available. The cleaning was done haphazardly with large crumbs left on seat and table. I then had to wipe them away- yuck. We werent told how to order or where continental section was so we had to figure it out by ourselves. There was grumbling from tables around us saying the same thing. Clients were left waiting at front for tables without any attention. I found all but one staff member totally inattentive and not bothered. I only saw one staff member use the sanitizer spray once to clean. I expected a much higher value of service from you.

Would like to see a bit more variety in the continental breakfast. The upgrade to the hot breakfast isn't really worth the money you pay.
