I had paid for a harbour view after my previous stay and was disappointed. It was a partial view at best.

Fantastic, modern rooms with ideal facilities, friendly staff and an excellent location. However, very much let down by the valet parking space out the front (not the fault of the hotel - more of the council), as there was never a space there first time to park and drop keys to reception. Doing a lap around the block is frustrating as you cannot wait for a space - most cars are there longer than the 5 minute allowed time, and buses are moving through frequently. Extremely frustrating part of my stay, which was otherwise fantastic.
