We recently stayed for five nights and this hotel is one of the best. Very modern and clean and well located. We will definitely stay again if in Hobart and will recommend the Movenpick to anyone. We loved the bathrooms with the "rain" shower.

Front of house staff and house keeping were amazing as per usual. Restaurant staff leave a lot to be desired. I sat in the restaurant waiting for 30 minutes to be served one morning. Staff knew I was there. Eventually I left. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the 2nd time Cathy has done this. It is very disappointing. I have been staying at Movenpick on a monthly basis (for up to a week at a time) for the last 2 years. Its probably time to change.

Lovely hotel, bedrooms were good. The bed and pillows were some of the best I’ve slept in, and I travel often for work..
