Superbe hôtel, très bien situé, rénové avec goût et avec une vue imprenable. Équipes très sympathiques (accueil et petit déjeuner en particulier) et aux petits soins excepté au bar Avoca. Seul petit bémol : pas de toilette ou d’espace lounge dans le hall d’entrée qui est un peu impersonnel.

retour à Hong Kong 8 ans d’absence je remarque que cet établissement est dans le building de l’ancien panorama by rhombus dans lequel j’ai sejourné en 2013 mais ca n’a plus rien à voir l’hôtel est de belle facture il a été complètement rénové

We are particularly pleased that your Platinum status allowed for an upgrade to a magnificent Executive room with a partial Victoria Harbour view, and that you enjoyed the associated benefits, including breakfast. It is also wonderful to know that our team members, Steve Yoyolu, our housekeeping and reception, contributed positively to your satisfaction. We are also glad that your welcome amenity met your expectations and that your room upgrade exceeded them. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the early check-in. While we always strive to accommodate our Platinum guests, early check-in is indeed subject to availability, and we regret that we could not provide your room earlier than 14:30-15:00 on this occasion, despite your arrival at 12:30. Nous avons passé 6 nuits au MONDRIAN Hong-Kong pendant le nouvel an chinois. 1) Avec leur aide, nous avons pu acheter des billets pour assister à la Grande Parade du 17/02, 2) Nous avons été accueilli par Stéphane, qui parle français et qui a pu répondre à toutes nos questions concernant les fêtes du Nouvel An, 3) L'hôtel se trouve à quelques dizaines de mètres de la sortie N1 du métro (par ascenseur) et à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de l'embarcadère du ferry, ce qui est très pratique pour toute les visites de la ville 4) Nous avons logé en Suite avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Hong-Kong et un ascenseur ne desservant que les étages des suites et les restaurants (gain de temps +++) 5) La restauration est très bonne, originale et soignée à l'Avoca où nous avons diné une fois - Le petit-déjeuner est aussi servi à l'Avoca, varié et de très bonne qualité. 6) Au 40 étage, il y a une terrasse ouverte permettant d'admirer Hong-Kong de jour comme de nuit, Merci à toutes les équipes pour leur service et leur disponibilité. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour à Hong-Kong
