Bel hotel. Belle chambre. Bien situé à Kowloon. Personnel très sympa, très serviable et efficace. Mais: Lobby minimaliste, sous dimensionné compte tenu de la taille de l’hôtel, donne l impression d’être dans un hall de gare (toujours rempli de monde et bruyant) Chambre très jolie, superbe vue mais très très petite (idem SdB) Je n’ai pas vu de différence notable avec un 4*. Par conséquent, il est cher. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le staff était super efficace et disponible. Du front deck au personnel de service. Tout était parfait. Et la vue des chambres sur la baie est magnifique. Superbe séjour.

La chambre pas prête à 15 h inadmissible , très long checkin réception en désordre peu d’assise de disponible vraiment hôtel nul et équipe peu réactive . Chambre minuscule y’a rien dans l’hôtel un dortoir

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. with regards to the room allocation, I would like to let you know that we did arrange both rooms next each other however the room was not available to check-in at the time you arrive to hotel and one of the rooms take longer time to be makeup due to high turnover. I apologize to you that the room not available and with your accepting to change room we arrange one room on 19th floor. You have mentioned that our team is unresponsive to your needs, and I would like to let you know that this is not acceptable, and we will review and arrange training for our team members to be attentive and care for our valuable guest needs. At Mondrian, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every valuable guest, therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the shortfall and prevent future occurrence.
