We are particularly pleased that your Platinum status allowed for an upgrade to a magnificent Executive room with a partial Victoria Harbour view, and that you enjoyed the associated benefits, including breakfast. It is also wonderful to know that our team members, Steve Yoyolu, our housekeeping and reception, contributed positively to your satisfaction. We will be sure to pass on your kind words to them, as they will be very encouraged by your recognition. We are also glad that your welcome amenity met your expectations and that your room upgrade exceeded them. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the early check-in. While we always strive to accommodate our Platinum guests, early check-in is indeed subject to availability, and we regret that we could not provide your room earlier than 14:30-15:00 on this occasion, despite your arrival at 12:30.
