Great hotel, very nicely decorated, nice rooms, very clean, very quiet, comfortable beds, all what you need. There is a Wellness with a pool with a nice length to swim, and a good hammam and sauna. The restaurant is really good, nice choice of good mix of Japanese French food. A great card of Sake available at the bar with surprising and tasty cocktails!

Very nice stay. In terms of what was missing to make it a better rating: * No turndown on the first night only to call reception and be told there’s no turndown (very surprising) but then to have that corrected and in fact someone be sent with clean towels etc. * Not easy to get staff attention to order drinks in courtyard and no snack options without any spice. * Breakfast was overall disappointing. Not clear that other items could be ordered. When I asked I was told you could order basic eggs but nothing like pancakes or French toast, very unusual due a hotel of this calibre. Also the buffet wasn’t overly impressive and weirdly the salmon and butter in a cabinet with an extremely strong smelling fish that made the salmon and butter inedible. Also very long wait for basic hot drinks, even when chased a couple of times coffee took 30 mins to arrive. So overall definitely room for improvement.
