Dear Value Guest, Thank you for choosing Mercure Vung Tau and for sharing your feedback with us. ​Regarding the room location, we would like to share that our resort is uniquely designed and divided into two distinct sections. To help our guests easily select their preferred location, we always display the room category names explicitly as "Hillside - Across the Street" on all booking platforms. We regret if this information was not fully clear during your reservation process, resulting in an inconvenient walk across the road to access our beachside facilities and swimming pool. ​Furthermore, we would like to highlight that Mercure Vung Tau is proud to be one of the rare resorts in the center of the city that owns a private beach for our guests to enjoy. However, due to natural seasonal currents and daily high tides in Vung Tau, the beach area can occasionally be submerged or narrowed, making it temporarily inaccessible for a walk or swim. We regret that this natural occurrence impacted your experience during your stay. ​We truly appreciate your valuable feedback as it helps us manage expectations and continuously improve our guest communication.
