Regarding the swimming pool, we would like to provide some additional information. Unlike traditional pools that use chlorine for water sanitization, we use ionized salt, which offers added benefits for your skin. We appreciate your feedback, and we will make sure this information is clearly communicated across all our sales channels so our guests are fully informed. In relation to the reused towels, we will address this matter with our team to ensure that our hygiene standards are maintained. We fully agree with you that hygiene is of utmost importance to us. At Mercure Vung Tau, our check-in time is 14:00, and check-out is at 11:00. This policy is clearly communicated to our business partners to ensure that all guests are well informed. Additionally, a 3-hour gap between check-in and check-out is quite common in the hospitality industry. To provide further context, many hotels in the city set their check-in time at 15:00 and check-out time at 12:00. That said, we understand that our policy may not suit everyone\'s preferences.
