The hotel is decent, a little-bit dated, facilities are good, location is good, rooms are specious, average food experience. the amenities I liked most was the beach, while my kids liked the pool most. The Overall experience is fine.

My husband and I visited this hotel in July 2022. Thomas Cook had falsely advertised this hotel as the Marriot and written things that were not true, and when we arrived at the hotel we were really disappointed to find out that it did not meet our expectations. But, when we explained this to the hotel manager, Hossein, and Food and Beverages manager ReDa, they went out of their way to meet our expectations. They made sure that not only were our expectations met, but provided a service we could not have imagined. We had booked all inclusive, and the food was amazing. Each day, they had new meals that were better than the day before and the staff are really helpful and friendly to ensure you are enjoying your meal at all times. The pool is clean and the waterfall area was really nice. We really enjoyed going through it on the hot summer days. The location itself is very good. It was within walking distance on Naama Bay and felt very safe to walk around even during the middle of the night as most places are open until late and is busy. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Sharm El Sheikh as you will definitely enjoy your time here.

The beach is wonderful, it's the most beautiful beach in Naama bay. Furniture in the room is maybe old, but everything was super clean, and it didn't bother us. I would like to thank Mohamed for that, he was great. The problem we had was that our neighbors were very loud, and smoked so much (the smoking in the rooms is forbidden, or so it says on the door). Isolation between rooms is poor. The rooms were connected through the door, but now it's just a thin wall where the door was. So you can hear or smell everything from the neighbour room. The receptionist helped us with the loud noise (they sent the security), but there was no help with smoking. The food is not great, but we managed and eat rice and salad every day. There was no kids menu, so our kid eat only fruit for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was our favourite meal. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is great, but you have to pay extra, not included in AI. But the beach and the sea are so wonderful that you quickly forget about all the bad things :)
