A fantastic resort with several heated pools. Waterpark, Go carts, snorkelling and lots of fun. Also had the best message at the spa with Than!

Wonderful stay full of incredible things to do especially around Christmas. Fun for the whole family. Also had one of the best hot stone massages ever from Jiffy at Anjana Spa. Gifted masseuse. Thank you!

Christmas Day was amazing! There was so much to do from the parade, the Christmas marker and then painting for the children. We would definitely come back again for Christmas!

The stay was extremely disappointing and not reflective of a 5-star hotel. We paid extra for a suit which although clean, it was very poorly maintained and overdue serious renovations. Wouldn’t bother upgrading. The spa facilities were good. However, the Turquoise buffet restaurant served poor-quality food that caused me severe vomiting & diarrhoea, resulting in 2 lost days of the holiday. Staff were informed on two separate occasions but took no action. Restaurant reservations were also difficult due to a flawed booking system and constant full availability, made worse by the hotel not being compatible with the app. While most staff were friendly, service was very inconsistent. Evening entertainment boring & repetitive. DJ Bob, followed by a band that both played the same songs each night. Dance shows were better. Positives: spa facilities, buggy service, sunglasses cleaning 
Negatives: poor food and alcohol quality, repetitive, boring entertainment, inadequate room maintenance, ineffective reservation system Overall, the hotel was poor value for money and I would not recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Ajana Spa and can honestly say it was one of the best massage sessions I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing from the moment I walked in. Tanya and Petty were both outstanding, professional, attentive, and highly skilled. The medical massage was perfectly targeted, relieving deep tension and aches, while the relaxation massage was soothing and exactly what my body needed. They both took the time to understand my needs and applied just the right pressure throughout. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. If you’re looking for expert therapists who genuinely care about your wellbeing, I highly recommend Tanya and Petty at Ajana Spa. I’ll definitely be returning.
