Wonderful place to visit for some winter sun!

This was our first visit to Rixos Premium Seagate and I hope it won’t be our last! We stayed in a junior suite near the lobby which was perfect for us as it wasn’t as noisy as being near the bar area/stage in the centre. We spent much of our time at one of the two heated pools (note the other pools are pretty cold this time of year!), by the beach or at the water park which was a short walk or even quicker bus ride away; there are little busses running round the resort all the time for you to hop and hop off, super easy. Oh and the kids LOVED the Rixy Kids Club! The quality of the food around the resort was amazing. Top tip: make sure you note when the various a la carte restaurants are open during your stay and make sure you remember to bookt 48hrs in advance- they aren’t always open and get booked up very quickly (we missed out on the Asian restaurant which we really wanted to try though the Brazilian restaurant make for an amazing back up!) Finally, all the staff round the hotel were so super friendly and keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible which was greatly appreciated by us- thanks to you all, we hope to see you again next year!

This was the best holiday we've ever been on. Staff were amazing made us feel so welcome. Ahmed who made cute towel animals everyday and made sure we had the best sunloungers. 100% would recommend. Pool was immaculate and heated ti the perfect temperature at christmas time.

This is the biggest con. I’m currently on the resort. Whilst some aspects are lovely, there are a lot of faults. What is most shocking is I now realise that all the five star reviews are because you are approached at every dinner but someone who asks if your meal went well (before you’ve finished) and asks you to provide a 5 star review. She will then stand over you and watch your phone until you do it interrupting your dinner and take a photo. It’s clearly their strategy or how they make a commission and it’s truly invasive and quite frankly annoying. After 7 days here and another 7 to go I have just had enough of the exhausting interruptions and constant requests to write a review. This hotel is marketed more expensively than a lot of other ‘5 star’ but it’s all a con because they keep their 5 star rating on trip advisor by pushing for reviews on the spot that you feel uncomfortable to say go away or no! For every remaining day here, I will now make a point to write a review based on what is actually the experience on the resort and whether I am continuously asked. Oh and my goodness, this is the laziest staff I have seen in a kids club go date. So many staff but not bothering to properly engage or interact with the children. Your child will see down and stare at a wall for 20 minutes before they start the craft activity they were supposed to already have began because the staff are chatting to each other or ‘preparing’ DURING the activity time. The crafts are so basic that my 3 and 5 year old were bored within minutes and this is the only club that we have felt uncomfortable leaving them signed in for fear of being totally ignored.

One of the best resorts I have ever been to. Everything 10 on 10, can't find a fault at all. Nadine was special and took special care for us. Also Ayman was super friendly and courteous and took real good care of us. Overall we truly enjoyed our trip and stay at Rixos Seagate...thanks to everyone.

I am so happy with Noor, very happy! She is excellent. Very honest and pure. Every therapist can do massage but Noor is doing more. She is extraordinary. I am enjoying her massage and personality. Very happy with her. The way she replies our conversation, jokes and the body language. Everything makes me smile and happy! Funny professional little girl. I hope when I come back Egypt I will see her again.
