** Review** We stayed here in August 2024 for our second visit, and it somehow exceeded our honeymoon experience! Here’s a breakdown of our wonderful stay: **Staff**: The service is top-tier, and the staff are exceptional. Special thanks to the employees in the photos for making our stay even more memorable. A standout is Haihim, the Guest Relations Manager—he's the one who can book A La Carte reservations 2-3 days in advance. The lifeguard was fantastic, reserving our favorite sunbeds daily before we even arrived. The cold flannels they handed out were a great touch. Special mentions to Mostafa Sayed, his manager, and Mohamed Ali, who kept the poolside drinks flowing! **Room**: We stayed in block 16 in a superior room (the most affordable option). Prior to arriving, we emailed the hotel requesting the same room from our honeymoon. While we didn’t get the exact room, we were placed in the same block with an even better view! Our room had a perfect vantage point over the pool and even a bit of the beach. **Food**: The food quality and variety were exceptional. The highlight was that we rarely needed to visit the main buffet restaurant. The Turkish breakfast at Lalezar is a must-try, and for lunch, Salt offers views of both the beach and pool, depending on where you sit. There were always tables available, regardless of when we arrived. At both Salt and the buffet, the Movenpick ice cream was a delicious treat—highly recommend! The live music at breakfast and dinner was a lovely touch, adding a bit of magic to each meal. **Restaurants**: Every restaurant we visited had great food and excellent service. Our favorites were Lalezar (Turkish), Asian American, and The Mangal (BBQ). For our anniversary, my husband arranged for a cake, and the staff sang for us—it was a lovely touch! Booking A La Carte restaurants online at midnight can be a hassle, but the guest relations team can help you avoid this. Thanks to their help, we got our preferred restaurant every night. **Pools**: The pools were where we spent most of our time. There are always plenty of sunbeds available, no matter what time you arrive. The beds are very comfortable, with thick mattresses. The lifeguards were fantastic, always making sure we had the beds we preferred. The poolside service was outstanding. The staff regularly brought us juice, coffee, and ice cream, and you could order any drinks you liked. There are fridges stocked with bottled water, but the attentive service meant we never had to leave our sunbeds—they brought everything to us! The pool itself was always clean, making for a relaxing experience. **Getting Around**: The resort is large, but everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. We used the buggies a few times—on arrival, departure, and for a trip to Seagate—but walking was easy and enjoyable. The buggies are frequent if needed. **Seagate**: It’s a nice bonus to have access to Seagate. We only went once for dinner at the French restaurant, which we highly recommend! Book through guest relations for ease. **Entertainment**: This was the one area that wasn’t to our taste. The shows are mostly dance-based, and the DJ’s music wasn’t quite our style, though the Queen show was excellent. **Overall**: This hotel is a solid 10/10. The staff truly make the experience; they go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing time and are always eager to help. It’s hard to imagine any place offering this level of service for the price. We can’t wait to come back for a third visit!

Our 4th visit to this hotel and we will be back. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to OLISIA from customer relations for helping to retrieve my card and money when the ATM swallowed it. Also big thanks to AALA the shuttle driver on hearing about my card offered me his own money till the problem was sorted. Sameh on the big pool bar and Islam on the oasis bar.miss Caren says thank you for the beautiful cocktails. Lastly but far from least thank you to the beautiful waitress MICHELLE who never stopped smiling and made us feel special evernight in the lobby bar.
