Не понравилось отношение некоторого числа сотрудников отеля, в том числе, на ресепшен, в ресторане, барах. Их отношение ко мне показалось формальным, а в некоторых случаях высокомерным, что было неприятно. В противоположность этим сотрудникам, уборщики номеров, садовники, рабочие были настроены ко мне доброжелательно. В ресторане часто приходилось ждать тарелки, чашки, так как чистых не было. Многие блюда не были подписаны, и не было понятно, из чего они приготовлены.

Отдыхали в марте 2026г., впечатление осталось приятным. Попали в период Хамсина, поэтому в номерах все же была пыль. Отель расположен как бы в тупике и это огромный плюс. Территория позволяет прогуляться, при этом через отель не ходят посторонние (по сравнению с другими отелями, через которые мы гуляли в город). Несколько пляжей, можно выбрать где комфортнее лично для тебя. Приятно было увидеть готовность отеля к гостям с ограниченными возможностями: по всему отелю лифты, пандусы, к морю разные спуски. Питание разнообразное и обильное, работники-профессионалы, на ресепшен воообще выше всяких похвал. Бармены, официанты, работники ресторана-все максимально ориентированы на гостей. Из минусов: на пляже некоторые (не все!) представители разных услуг весьма навязчивы; есть куда развиваться анимации-ребята и стараются, но им бы организатора хорошего, тогда было бы феерично. А так анимация весьма скромная. Место анимации расположено в отдалении от номеров, что тоже хорошо! В общем и целом отель понравился. Если и соберемся снова в Египет, то однозначно в этот отель.
