Had an amazing time at the resort! The atmosphere was incredible, and the people were so friendly and welcoming—it really felt like one big happy family. A special shoutout to the DJ, who absolutely nailed it every night! The music was on point, the vibe was electric, and the dance floor was always alive. Can’t wait to come back!💗 they all were soooo cuteee 🥹🥹🥹🥹

The Good Stuff: 1. Internet working everywhere, also at the beach and in the room - it is amazing; 2. Food was good enough, staff so friendly especially barmens; 3. Housekeeping helpful and friendly, room was very old but clean. 4. Reception - really good staff. We changed rooms without any problems and didn't have to wait - super. Also paid for late check-out without any problems and enjoyed the sea almost the whole day. 5. Beds really king size and it is comfortable, but rooms need to repair. In the rooms guest can leave conditioner working for all day non stop - good for the quests when is hot, but bad for the hotel. The solution is to renovate). The Not-So-Good Stuff: 1. The swimming pool. First line's hotel's pool at the renovation because people from the first line's hotel who wanted to enjoy the pool used the second line pool because it was really busy with insufficient parasols and sun beds. We hoped to use the first line's pool before we go there but not see any info that this pool is not working. For the people from the first line hotel it is bad, because you pay pol wiev but you dont have any view. 2. The beach. Was also really busy with insufficient parasols and sunbeds for everyone. Had to search or wait at the beach bar until it was free. Because there was a shortage of them, people just occupied sunbeds until 7 am. or used a mattress without sunbed. When the beach like here is so busy - it is really not comfortable ant then it is not real 5 stars hotel. 3. The music at the beach was way too loud. It felt like the "DJ" was being a bit self-indulgent at times - playing what he liked, through massive speakers. 4. Anymation team invited to the disco in the town and asked pay for it 25 USD with transfer from the hotel. That discoclub I know before was for free, just need to check before pay, everything can change but not that much I think. My friend went with them to that disco and not paid nothing but she was just one person together with animation team, seems this club still for free, 25 dollars asking maybe for people dont go to the club. 5. Drinks. Good is a lot of water in the refrigerator at the beach bar and bear in the bars. Other drinks is not so quality, cocktails with syrups from plastic butels, no mint ( for mojito) or other ingredients for them. For exz. can be soda water with lemon, but no lemon. Wine is good, but just for the lunch and dinner and generally from the plastic glass same like coctails. Not at the pool bar. At the beach bar you can buy wine, but it is not for all inclusive program there. 6. It is second line, but we know it when we book it. And nothing bad for us really - just 10 minutes walk and you at the beach. 7. Booking.com says there in the rooms mountain side are bathrobes and an automatic clothes dryer in the room. Maybe in the first line Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort Managed By Accor, but really aren't Naama Bay Promenade Mountain View Resort Managed By Accor. Overall, we may will be returning try first line hotel after repair will finish. Although it has some good features, this hotel has definitely lost its way by embracing package tour mass tourism.

The Good Stuff: 1. The newly refurbished room. Everything worked, plenty of lighting and I was able to cast my phone to the TV. Unlike a lot of hotels, there is no slot for the key controlling the electricity, so on warm days it was possible to come back to a cool room. 2. Mohammed and Ashraf (Housekeeping). Super helpful and friendly. The Not-So-Good Stuff: 1. We booked this literally at the last minute - after we had arrived in Sharm - as the accommodation we originally reserved fell through. We tried to book Novotel, but there was no availability on ALL and Booking.com and we were getting desperate. We thought we knew what to expect as we have stayed at Naama Bay Promenade several times before - when it was managed by Marriott and also in 2023 since it has been managed by Novotel. We made a booking on Booking.com, with the first night payable if we cancelled. 20 minutes later we arrived at the hotel to check-in. The receptionist charged my card for the full amount of the 2-week stay, but neglected to tell me that the swimming pool was being ripped out and was effectively a building site. This was not mentioned on Booking.com although when I later checked on ALL.com it is referenced. In theory this would not have been a major problem for us, but it caused all day construction noise and more importantly, lack of easy access to the beach promenade. It also meant that the beach was really busy with insufficient parasols for everyone. 2. The music at the beach was way too loud. It felt like the "DJ" was being a bit self-indulgent at times - playing what he liked, through massive speakers. Most people come away on holiday to relax and get some chill-out time. When we were there, the demographic of the guests was more mature couples or families with children so gangster rap was not a great choice. 3. Room Service - we have had room service here during previous stays. As the hotel appears to be catering pretty exclusively for the Russian All-Inclusive market, this now seems to have ceased, although it is advertised. We asked at reception for a room service menu and was assured this would be delivered to the room. It never arrived. We gave up, went out and spent money elsewhere. I'm sure the property owners would be disappointed that guests with hard currency to spend are being ignored. 4. We get that concession holders need to sell trips, water sports etc, and most of the sales people working the beach were polite and respectful. Not the case for the man selling spa treatments. He went out of his way to be deliberately confrontational even after I had made it clear that I did not wish to be disturbed. 5. The beach chairs are literally falling to pieces. There are rusty nails protruding, creating a safety hazard. The beach towels were dingy and torn, although towards the end of our stay I noticed that some people had new-looking ones, so perhaps a new batch had arrived. Overall, we will be returning. Although it has some good features, this hotel has definitely lost its way by embracing package tour mass tourism.

Good Value For Money Hotel - Nice Staff & Location

Value for money hotel in a good location. 10 min walk to Naama Bay. Stayed on the mountain side as there was renovations on the beach side. The beach is lovely - clean & with clear blue waters. Highlight for me were the staff - namely, Mohamed Sheban who gave me a nice pool view room on check in & offered to change the room if I didn't like it & then also Waleed who arranged a free 2hr extension on my check out time free of charge. Heated pool, good wifi, breakfast was ok.
