Best holiday experience I've had. Hotel amazing, staff cannot do enough for you from the reception, security, cleaners even the gardeners ask if you are OK when you pass. They have buggies that will take you anywhere in the resort including their sister Hotel Seagate. Excellent food and drinks and snacks brought to you. Already looking forward to next stay booked

Amazing! We loved this hotel there was so much to do and didn’t want for anything. With 7 pools there were always sun loungers available and depending on your preference quite/ chilled or full on activities there is a spot for everyone. We ate at 8 out of the 15 restaurants all amazing and so much choice. Our son loved the Water Park & kids club. There was always something surprising you when it came to all the activities/ entertainment on offer. We loved swimming in the Red Sea and even if your not a swimmer walking along the jetty and being able to see the amazing sea life was fab. We will definitely be returning! The staff were all fantastic we didn’t want for anything!

My stay was really amazing the staff was really helpful and positive safety is high everything was available the food was amazing we tried the sushi restaurant is was excellent the reception team was helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs.

The hotel features stunning grounds and a variety of activities, the rooms on the main side are tired and are small compared to other hotels in the area. The food options offer plenty of variety, with the Mangal Beach restaurant being a standout choice. However, the drink quality is subpar and does not meet expectations for premium spirits. Service levels were lacking in comparison to other hotels we have visited. Additionally, there are concerns regarding health and safety, we witnessed a group of children experiencing an electric shock from the ice cream counter, be mindful of the golf buggies which are driven erratically. This is the second time I have posted this review, the first was removed…… hmm
