Piety there are no more than 5 stars because this resorts deserves more than 5 stars. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding. The food was amazing at every venue. The staff are on another level of detail. You will never find NO as an answer, every staff is obliging and pays attention to detail. My second stay here and it only gets better.

We loved our experience at Rixos Seagate. After a rocky start with a malfunctioning door handle which took over an hour to repair, the general manager Samir stepped in personally to resolve the issue and help me especially as I was 7 months pregnant with another toddler with me and they could see I was struggling. All members of staff went above and beyond, which is characteristic of Egyptian culture. Rixos really is 5 star. Mohamed in restaurant, the house keepers, Radwa Kangaroo in kids club for her epic face painting art work for my son as a special request, the photographers Ali (Fessel) who made a dream come true pregnancy photo shoot and our boat trip organised. Everything was so easy and luxurious! A must visit for families.
