Stayed two times this week (arrival and departure nights). Fantastic hotel!! From the really nice front desk guy on, everything was excellent. The care that went into the design of the lighting and even the sink in the room (made in Germany, so great) made me realize how cheap most hotels in the U.S. seem by comparison. They don’t have a shuttle but there’s a regular bus (635) that runs between the airport and the hotel about every 10 min. and takes 10 min. Ask at airport information desks. Costs 2 euros, which I didn’t have on way to hotel, but bus driver that way didn’t seem to care if I paid. Would definitely stay again. Great value. Highest recommendation.

Amazing location opposite the beach of Naama Bay. Very friendly entertainment animation Team. Clean and comfortable rooms with big TV screen. Possibility of doing water Sports as snorkeling and boat-trips. Madame Esra from Welcoming Area gave me great help with suggestions, and tips to enjoy my Stay there. Thank you Esra !

It started off well. Eshraa was a great help, especially with the WhatsApp chat. Some of our requests, like the air conditioning not working, were addressed quickly and efficiently. A few points to note... If I'm not mistaken, "all-inclusive" means everything should be included. Apparently, that wasn’t the case at this hotel. Some of the restaurants were chargeable. The inclusive buffet was good, with a lot of food to choose from, but the beach food was disappointing—just stale French fries, bread with meat, and ice cream that tasted like sugar. Lastly, even before checking in through Booking.com, I had already mentioned that we were planning for a late checkout because we were going on a midnight hike at Mt. Sinai. I told them again during check-in, via WhatsApp, and before we left (four times in total), and I was willing to pay for an extra five hours. However, when we arrived from hiking, 20 minutes before 12 p.m., no one informed us that our room was unavailable. When we called reception, they told us we needed to vacate the room immediately and asked if we needed help with the luggage. We had to rush to pack and check out, but when we reached the reception, Alaa told us our room was available for a late checkout and wondered why we were leaving. Eshraa also rush to the reception and told us we can have the late checkout. By then, we were exhausted, hadn’t slept, hadn’t had breakfast, and just wanted to leave. They did compromise by allowing us to have lunch at the Coral Restaurant, which was appreciated. However, we only managed to spend about 4 hours at the hotel, which I can't really say I enjoyed.

Great Location just in the heart of Naama Bay area, opposite the beach. Old Sharm Market far away only few kms. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds.Delicious international Food. Special thanks to Miss Essra of the staff for helping and being so nice with me and my mother.

My stay at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh was deeply disappointing and seriously damaged my trust in the Accor Group

I am currently staying at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh Beach Wing with my family, from 14 to 19 April 2025. Although my overall experience so far has not been satisfactory, today I encountered an incident serious enough to compel me to write this message. While swimming in the sea, I came into contact with a fish, which caused a severe allergic reaction on my left foot, accompanied by intense pain and itching. I immediately went to the reception and asked for medical assistance. I was told that a doctor would arrive in 10 minutes, but I was kept waiting for around 30 minutes. Instead of a doctor, a golf cart showed up and took me to the Palm Wing section across the road. Up to that point, every staff member I interacted with spoke extremely poor English, which made communication very difficult. I was taken to a backroom that appeared to be a doctor’s office but looked nothing like a medical facility—it was dirty, disorganized, and not trustworthy at all. There, I had to wait another 30 minutes with someone who did not speak English, until a man arrived who, at best, may have been a nurse, but was certainly not a doctor. He said he would give me an injection, cream, and pills. Not trusting the environment or the individual, I declined the injection and asked only for the cream and medication to be sent to my room. I gave my room number, and he informed me that I would be charged 100 USD. I refused to pay and said I would get the medication myself. Immediately after, I went to the pharmacy next to the hotel, where I was welcomed into a space that was 100 times cleaner and more professional than what I had just experienced. The pharmacist spoke excellent English, examined my foot, and gave me a gel and a tablet. He advised me to rest and stay hydrated. The total cost was 5 USD, and I left feeling relieved and grateful. Beyond this incident, the food at the hotel has been mediocre since the first day. The quality of alcoholic beverages is extremely poor, with unbranded drinks served from plastic bottles. Most staff members—except a few—are unfriendly, unmotivated, and seem to dislike their jobs, behaving more like forced laborers than hospitality workers. The hotel itself is generally dirty and poorly maintained. As a regular customer of the Accor Group, I must ask: Do you lower your standards simply because the country you're operating in has lower expectations? Do you expect your loyal customers to accept substandard service because of the location? If you cannot deliver on the standards promised by the Novotel brand, why use the name and logo in the first place? My trust in both Egypt and the Accor Group has been significantly damaged by this experience.
