One of the original resorts in Sharm El Sheikh, in the beautiful Naama bay - still has all its charm and attention to detail. In perfect scale and harmony with the landscape - somewhere between a resort and boutique hotel - really personal service, lovely grounds and gardens, nicely designed rooms. The staff were very nice and friendly and the the buffet meals were a real highlight with a fantastic range of foods -and variety as well as some local highlights such as special bread fruit and veg and amazing deserts, Felt very welcome and safe for the whole family. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Egypt and Sharm el Sheikh.

I will not be back.

I spent my holidays in Novotel Beach (the newest part which was located closer to the sea) 4-11.04.2024. I would like to start with the povitives: absolutely delicious food - just amazing. Big choice of products with everything fresh and tasty! Nice beach really close to the hotel. The room was nice, modern furnished but with some little things which need improvement. What was bad: maybe you don’t know but as a member of global hotel chain you should know, so I will tell you that the main language to communicate worldwide, as well in the hotel industry is ENGLISH, not Russian. So if you welcome and talk to your Italian, Polish, German etc. guests in Russian it is not even not proffesional, it is just rude. After three days of hearing „Zdrastvujcie” every day and hearing all staff try to communicate with us in Russian despite we told all the time we are not from Russia I was just disgusted. Another thing, there were some days when on the beach was just Russian music loudly played all afternoon long. Oh, really relaxing to listen to it when you know that the same time in Europe children are dying under Russian bombs… C’mon guys, you have a lot of awesome local, arabic music. Do you really need to do this? Especially if you host not only Russian people? What more – the staff was really unfriendly. The guys at bar, some guys on restaurant were just surly, with no smile. I can mention just a few people who were really nice: the lady who was (I suppose) the restaurant manager, the lady with white shirt who also work in restaurant, the lifeguard from the beach, the short stature pool guy, Yaroslava who was responsible for guests relations. And that is all. The last day I experienced a really unpleasant situation. I wanted to use a toilet near to the pool and I didn’t noticed that the floor is wet so I came in. Two guys from cleaning staff just screamed on me and shouted using poor enghlish like: „Go beach toilet, now!” They waved their hands like they was just mad. It was really scary and I think it shouldn’t happeden it the hotel like this. We had a cockroaches in bathrooms in rooms we occupied and we got because of that a free late-check out for one of rooms in the day of departure what was really nice compensation. All in all – I will never be back in this place for sure.

When you need to chillout, you have to choose Novotel, as you can feel that you are in your second home, want to give big thanks for all staff and managers there, they were helping us, also understood all our needs, beach was sandy easy to swim and relax, thanks to chef Nasr he make a great pasta.

Everything was perfect, it was a great vacation special thanks to guest relation team they are so helpful and they give a great attention which is in my opinion the key term of having a great time with no complications what so ever , definitely will come back , highly recommend 👍🏻

This is not the first time I stay at Novotel in Sharm. I really liked the renovated rooms. Congratulations to the team they coped with it. By the way, the service was at the top level as usual so I felt comfortable when I faced with a minor problem. It was resolved pretty quickly. Super!
