Thank you Novotel! We had a unique experience in this hotel, which we appreciate both for the comfort offered and for the staff always helpful and attentive to our needs. For us, food is very important, having 2 small children, but we were pleasantly surprised by the culinary experience of this hotel. Food for all tastes, diversified and very tasty. Thank you Chef Mohamed Ashour for your involvement and special attention directed to the hotel's customers. We had good barbecue every evening, and Sayed makes better pasta than in Italy We'll be back soon!

Wonderful hotel with amazing service. All the team are polite and professional providing excellent hospitality, the wifi is good the room service is perfect on time and delicious, my son adore the kids activities and daily entertainment.
