The sea is the cleanest sea I've ever seen. The food is also good. The atmosphere and the interior at the night time is so pretty. Rooms are not modern but clean and cozy, made like in Arabian style. Everyday the animators make shows and perform dances in the night.

I would like to thank this wonderful management headed by Mr. Shehab who personally provided good hospitality. I would also like to thank the restaurant manager, Mr. Sayed Basyouni, for the good management and beautiful performance inside the restaurant. I would also like to thank all the staff for the excellent service. I would also like to thank those responsible for the rooms and their service because they are very clean and have a beautiful appearance. I would also like to thank the management of the swimming pool and beaches for the good arrangement and beautiful care, especially Mr. Hamada. I would like to thank all the hotel workers, especially this successful management, because I enjoyed my vacation thanks to them and their good treatment. This hotel is wonderful in terms of management, organization, cleanliness, wonderful food and polite care. Many thanks for the good hospitality.

This hotel is below Ibis budget standards(not saying that ibis is bad, but looking into pricing and category of hotels it should be huge difference). As someone who works in Hotel industry, i can not understand how this hotel is still operating under such a name and powerful group as Accor. There was almost nothing right for the whole duration of my stay. I have never seen worse reception and people that just dont care at all, customer service more then unsatisfactory. I had 1 request before arrival and that was some decoration in the room for my 1 year anniversary, i said that it wont be a problem to pay whatever is needed. We got some "decoration" but on a WRONG day, even tho there were multiple emails where they confirm they have noted the date and somehow still did it 2 days early and absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise for my partner. Broken shower, flor that wasn't cleaned a single time in 10 days, DIRTY towels being given as new clean ones. BUGS coming out of shower. Hygiene is absolutely horrible, absolutely disgusting. Table clothing in restaurants are visibly dirty and your cutlery is just being laind on it. Absolute rip of. Not wanting to accept cash and insisting on credit card by saying that it is Hotel policy and they cant take cash because it is "dirty"????? Overal i wouldn't recomend it to anyone. Absolute disappointment and disaster.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. My family enjoyed the buffet meal very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. I need to thank the animation for their efforts and perfect shows (Rita , Nutella , Diago , Mida) And thank the Bar for his service and hospotality (Mohsen) Definitely will come back again.❤

We stayed here for 10 days in July 2024. Our room was lovely and the members of staff are extremely attentive and helpful, without being overbearing. The location is prime, with access to private beaches and some of the most beautiful seascapes in Sharm. The hotel pool is gorgeous and the gardens are kept in an immaculate state. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, with ample building rubble and construction noises about. Dirty dishes are often left about in the corridors, for more that 24 hours. The gymnasium is outdated and the equipment is in poor condition, some of it broken. The gymnasium is not cleaned regularly. The television in our room did not work when we arrived and it took more than 3 asks to have this resolved. The buffets are varied and will accommodate most palates. We attended the on-site Indian restaurant once. This was very tasty, with a pleasant atmosphere, but pricey. Room service is average: item descriptions on the menu often do not match what is delivered. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but the hotel will need to step up it’s game to remain competitive.
