Очень красивый отель, уютные номера. Вкусная еда. Изумительная выпечка. Нам было приятно и комфортно. Есть моменты, которые стоит улучшить. На пляже не хватает лежаков! Приходится искать, проходить весь пляж по несколько раз, и не факт, что найдешь свободный. Нет зоны на пляже с зонтами, пальмы создают "рваную" тень, и людям постоянно приходится двигать лежаки, чтобы не обгореть. Прекрасно было бы, если бы для желающих разместили лежаки на пляже под навесом. Около вышки спасателя, рядом с качелькой и живописным деревом, навален какой-то строительный мусор, лежит лодка, которая покрыта слоем пыли и давно не использовалась, для чего? Всё это очень портит вид. Дожидаться багги с пляжа приходится очень долго, мы после пары попыток даже и не пытались. Было бы хорошо, если бы рядом дежурила одна машинка. Я написала о негативных моментах в надежде, что их улучшат, в остальном отель прекрасен! Мы отлично отдохнули!

The items you noticed near the lifeguard tower, including the boat and related equipment, are part of our operational resources used during the rainy season and in preparation for storm conditions to ensure guest safety and beach operations. That said, we fully understand how their appearance and placement may affect the overall visual experience of this area. It will be shared to the team for reviewing the arrangement and storage of these items and is taking steps to organize them in a more discreet and visually pleasing manner while still keeping them readily accessible when needed. We truly value your feedback regarding the sun loungers, canopy idea and buggy service. We will incorporate it into our action plan as we continue to improve the guest experience. Dinner at Altitude 8. Had a good dinner meal with my family and was requested by the service team to take the survey. The team wasn’t fluent in English.
