Встретили приветственным напитком, быстро заселили, по нашему запросу было предложено несколько вариантов размещения (доплату не просили). Выбрали то, что нам понравилось, уборка своевременная и качественная, завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Персонал всегда улыбался и пытался помочь. Мало лежаков на пляже, но тут скорее проблема не в отеле, а в гостях, занимающих лежаки с 6 утра. Возможно здесь стоит пересмотреть политику отеля по этому поводу и освобождать лежаки, не используемые в течении часа. Будем ли рекомендовать - будем, вернемся ли - ДА.

Really enjoyed our stay at the premier residences. We booked a presidential suite, knowing the hotel is very big and this gave us a lot of space and privacy. We were able to check in quickly (thank you, Ngan) hours before official check in time, which was greatly appreciated as well as the later check out time, which really made our stay a lot better. While the hotel was quite busy, there are a lot of staff working really hard and even though the restaurant at breakfast was full, there were plenty of choices available at all times. Highlight are the pools, with multiple levels so that there was always an area to swim at, and the beach is one of the best beaches on the island, with white and soft sand that is not found on the other coasts. Because the hotel is so full, the space at the beach is very limited and I felt the beds were jammed way to close to each other. Not much that can be done about that I guess. One thing that was a bit weird was that for dinner and after 6 pm you can only do a buffet or a very limited a la carte menu. This means that if you don't want to partake in the (overpriced) buffet, you either have to eat before 6 pm or find another place (which we did for the majority of our nights). There are a few really nice restaurants outside of the hotel at the beach area, so we did not mind, but it would be nice to have the option to order from the regular menu after 6 pm. Overall though, these are some small comments and we enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

Потрепанный отель. Убитые номера. Воняют трубы. Шум от кондея. Тонкие стены. 2 общих туалета в общественных зонах на разных концах отеля. Алоха уборка. Узкий перенаселенный пляж. Грязный пляж. Невкусная еда.
