Отравились после завтрака. Отель ничем не помог. Предложили только градусник. В других отелях для гостей в таких ситуациях вызывали бесплатно такси хотя бы. На следующий день после больницы, когда ребенок лежал без сил, с трудом смог вынести ему немного риса с завтрака (подписав какие-то документы) сначала предлагали делать заказ платно в номер… после общения с менеджером отеля разрешили. Менеджер-молодец! Даже на обед помог с легкой рисовой кашей 🤝👍. Также не смогли сделать поздний выезд и оформить трансфер до аэропорта. По позднему выезду несколько раз в течение недели подходили спрашивали, отвечали, что в последний день, а в итоге выселили , хотя просил только 3 часа. По трансферу до аэропорта сказали поздно оформлять в день выезда надо было за 24 часа до выезда! В общем понравилось только номер, уборка номера, и пляж! Сервис на низком уровне, кроме работы менеджера, который вошел в положение и помог нам лично.

Unfortunately, last-minute requests cannot always be accommodated. We do appreciate your kind words about our manager, and we are glad to know he was able to support you during a difficult time. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will continue improving our service to ensure better guest care. Хорошее расположение отеля и огромная, ухоженная территория. Номера новые, уютные, уборка каждый день, но постельное белье не меняют, пока не попросишь. В отеле народу очень много, на завтраках это не совсем удобно, шумно. Завтраки однообразные.
