We truly appreciate your comments and are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding early check-in, please kindly note that our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. As the resort was operating at high occupancy during your stay, we were unable to accommodate early check-in requests, as rooms must be properly prepared to ensure the quality and comfort of each arriving guest. We sincerely appreciate your understanding. Concerning the beach conditions, we would like to share that our team conducts daily cleaning; however, as a natural beachfront destination and conditions can sometimes be influenced by external environmental factors beyond our full control. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. With regard to dining, as your reservation was on a full-board basis, meals are provided according to a curated set menu designed for this package.
