Regarding your comments about our location, we would like to share that our resort is intentionally situated in a peaceful and relaxing setting to escape from the busy city life, which is one of our core values. For ease of travel, we provide scheduled shuttle services, nearby public transportation, and that our Bell team also always supports metered taxi bookings whenever needed. We sincerely apologize for the delays in housekeeping service and for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure more timely room cleaning.
